Had a great experience with the family today. Friendly and very accommodating staff and the food was fantastic. The produce used were very fresh and the food tasty. We only had a little over an hour to kill before heading to Burbank Airport from Glendale so we settled on Pho Co! We ordered: Spring Rolls Chicken Pho Seafood Pho Both were legit!! I would order the seafood over the chicken, but the broth, noodles, and toppings were exactly what i needed after a long weekend of drinking and partying (aka 3-day wedding marathon)! This place is good. Service is good. However it always has long wait. The table turn over rate is really slow due to their process. The server has to clean the table, serve the food and then lead the table. Sometime the table would be empty or dirty for a long time before anyone clean or lead people in. The better pho management process would be: hiring separate people to clean and set up table. Server only have to lead the table and serve the food. Also they should have more 2 seater tables that could be merged into 4 or 6 seaters. Now they have a lot of 4 people tables that are filled with only 2 people parties. It's really not efficient. My boyfriend was randomly craving a banh mi sandwich this morning, so we YELPed to see what Vietnamese places were around us, and Glendale Pho Co. was the first one to pop up. Spring rolls were pretty fresh and delicious! The bomb was their fried wings! Wings were meaty big and fried and seasoned so perfect. I wanted to order more of them but nothing else. Good thing they carry bottled sparkling water other than sodas. It is very small busy place so it is better eat and leave quick, there's only one restroom so it is a little inconvenient. There is a plastic barrier blocking the front door and someone is at the front to help you with your order and take your payment. Was craving pho one night, and decided to give this place a try. My boyfriend got the pho (#1) and I got the vermicelli with egg roll and pork. First of all, the table that we got seated at was sticky and dirty. The menus also had a really sticky feel to it. Pho: 3/5, it was nothing extraordinary, but also not bad. A standard bowl of pho with fresh vegetables to add on top. Vermicelli: 3.5/5, I asked for pork, and after seeing and tasting my dish I was convinced they served me beef on accident. I asked two different waitresses, and they both insisted that it was pork, but I genuinely still think it was beef (??). Regardless, the vermicelli was also very standard, but the serving size was pretty big. Crunchy egg rolls that come on top, and a classic side of fish sauce to drizzle. Overall, I think this place is decent if you're craving a bowl of pho or Vietnamese food, but I do think it's mediocre and would much rather go to Brodards in OC. I got the pho tai large was about $12, which is pretty pricey for pho. They give a lot of meat which was great but I would have liked more noodles too. The meat was tough though. I like it when places give the pho tai rare but this place doesn't do that. The broth didn't have much flavor. Either watered down or didn't have enough seasoning. Down in Burbank for a speech from the SF Bay Area and wanted to get some Vietnamese food. This was the closest place to the Hotel within walking distance. Area seemed a bit sketchy at first but from far away I could see a little crowd on the front of the restaurant. It's a small restaurant and seems far from other Asian spots-thus the low expectations. First things first, I was greeted with a smile by a pleasant young lady. Being as busy as they were most places throw customer service out the window! A+ for that!
