We were told about a week before the closing or so that we needed to have a survey done which cost quite a bit of money as it was last minute and we needed it done right away. After the survey was done we found out the property, instead of being 3 1/2 acres, was only 2.7 acres and we only had as I stated three days before the closing so we had no other recourse but to go ahead with the deal because we had no place to go we were pretty much forced into buying this house because otherwise we would not have had any place to live. They advertised it as 3 1/2 acres and they were incorrect. we were offered the property for 10,000 less but that in no way was enough considering it was almost an acre less than they advertised. I feel this real estate is responsible for all the stress and loss we suffered! Would never recommend. They did NOT do their job in listing the correct information!
