They ran the whole phone as a new phone which was a new number and thought they were going to get it done with it. In which no one was waiting to get account and pin for the transfer. And they couldn't help get the phone transfer for the same number. They had no patience for it. Told them that we're going to get it before running it, paid for whole hole new phone. Both couldn't wait for us to get it, told them before. Couldn't help us get the pin or just wait.

They didn't have the battery in stock so they ordered a new one. They never called to tell me my part was ready. I called a week later and made an appointment to get it installed. Had to fill out the same paperwork again. Two hours later they told me they had ordered the wrong part. I told them I would get it done elsewhere. Sorry to leave a bad review but the guy expressed no regret and didn't care that I was taking my business elsewhere. They seem very disorganized.

Then I wondered why he disappeared with my phone to this room without explaining to me what for or why! I kinda was curious so I followed him, then he snapped at me unexpectedl. He's not the most personable guy, I almost left, but needed a Mac approved Tech to clear my locked phone for $75 charge! Then at the end of him clearing 1 hr later I had told him I wanted to transfer all my info from my old phone, but he said he didn't know that& wanted another $100!!! As I sat therein the 1 chair in this dirty place 3 more customers came in one of which was dissatisfied with him not telling him it might possibly cost him $400 to replace his tablet screen! I won't be going back if I ever need something again if needed something!
