How about snowbirds that spend 6 months in Fl. She won't take them on? How cruel is that. Makes me wonder what her bedside manner is like. Not good I am sure. I called their office 2 weeks ago and told them that I had an appointment in Aug and could they fill my scripts for a month till I got in to see the Dr. It took 2 weeks to get back to me and let me know!!!! I called daily to see what was going on. They were always to busy to talk and apparently to call back until today. Then they had a secretary call. Recently the clinic asked all patients to sign up with an online system that requires one to verify all information including past residences, car buys, and current debt. I first explained my symptoms, injuries, and what caused them to the physician assistant. A few minutes later, Dr. Campbell entered and asked me to repeat everything I had just explained. After listening to my account, I was stunned when Dr. Campbell told me she would not document how or where my injuries occurred in my medical record. I repeated her statement back to make sure I understood correctly, genuinely surprised by what I was hearing. When I asked if she considered my explanation to be hearsay, she answered, "Yes." I was taken aback. Before leaving, I asked one final question: "Do you think I'm lying to you?" She did not respond, which only added to my disbelief. For context, I had recently been arrested following a minor physical altercation, and I believe my injuries occurred while I was in the custody of Springfield law enforcement and the Sangamon County Sheriff's Office. Regardless of the circumstances, I expected my physician to accurately document the history I provided, even if it was clearly identified as my reported account. Instead, I left shocked that such a critical part of my medical history was dismissed outright rather than recorded. While the staff was prompt and courteous at first, my interaction with Dr. Campbell left me with the firm belief that Springfield Clinic Urgent Care medical professionals do not care about disabled veterans. They also banned me from ever returning because I asked to speak to someone about Dr Campbell's overt disrespect while saying I've never experienced such disrespect like that as a military veteran.

The staff (Suzie and the main nurse; forgive me I forget her name) are amazing! As well as Dr. Siebert himself! I had to go back today for some discomfort on one of my toes on one side; Suzie was able to get me in same day to see the doctor. Doctor said it looked like one nail was coming back in and we could leave it or do another small surgery. I opted for the surgery and to my surprise he said he could do it right then and there! I had my step daughter with me so she was able to help with my littler two and as always Suzie and the main nurse I always see we're there to help and entertain them as well! Upon my arrival I waited in the waiting room longer than my actual visit. When I was finally called back to be looked at, Dr. Strow only spent a max of 5 mins talking to me. She didn't examine my face, touch my face or even get up close enough to see the problem. She prescribed me minocycline and a topical ointment. I needed a refill of the topical ointment so I called strows office and the front clerk Jane was very rude and told me since i wasn't honest with her about being on a Medicaid card i cant get it refilled. I explained that i was SELF PAY so there was no need to tell her that info if i'm willing to pay for services out of my own pocket. The staff there looks down on those who needs assistance even when you don't use it. Which is very sad because no one is any better than the next person. OVERALL, this was a terrible experience and I would not recommend anyone to this unprofessional clinic. I wish I would have took my money to someone who actually cares cause Dr. Strow sure doesn't!

I was needing an MRI which is fine but I have now waited another week no call on MRI so I call my insurance and they have not heard from OCI at all, call the nurse she said she has not submitted paperwork yet and it would be another week for her to submit paperwork.
