Pain medication in pill form make me sick to my stomach and I desperately need an alternative. Any rule has exceptions ( Doctors are told not to sign forms qualifying patients conditions for these products) but so far I haven't made the grade. My requests have brought a resounding "NO"! I was planning to commit suicide because I was in so much pain due to a hyperparathyroid issue and my brain chemistry being utterly destroyed by this negligent BRO doctor. My sister also became addicted to Adderall which is really common, also almost committed suicide. The office workers are just trying to make it and it's not their fault Springfield Clinic only cares about making money. They hire and fire regularly so they can pay people less. Do not go here. The wait times were about an hour every time. The sonography girl was rude every time I went in for my check. Let's talk about the doctor...the guy thinks he's God in a white coat. Horrible, horrible bedside manner!!! Considering what these women are going through, you'd think he'd be a little more empathetic. I'm in good health and have a child so I told him that I never thought this would happen to me and he said, "it is what it is." I finally got fed up after they said they prescribed me medication and the nurse apparently didn't get approval from the doctor. So they accused ME of somehow knowing a nurse or doctor and ordering it for myself, lol!!! I mean seriously, are you kidding??!! All of this in front of my husband, who also has no idea what is going on. The entire 6 months I let this clinic treat me was the worst experience I have ever had with a medical "professional". After being accused of sabotaging their computer system, I left and went out of town about an hour away for my ivf procedure. The doctor was kind, personable and experienced. I am so glad Dr DeMola had nothing to do with the birth of my beautiful baby.

I have personally heard dozens of complaints about Dr. Loret De Mola! Even my other doctors agree and tell their patients to not go there including my very respected ob/gyn who sends all of her patients to Peoria or St. Louis. I let this man and his office scar me from my traumatic experience enough that it postponed us seeking further treatment for over a year. That is valuable time! How about snowbirds that spend 6 months in Fl. She won't take them on? How cruel is that. Makes me wonder what her bedside manner is like. Not good I am sure. I called their office 2 weeks ago and told them that I had an appointment in Aug and could they fill my scripts for a month till I got in to see the Dr. It took 2 weeks to get back to me and let me know!!!! The telephone operator was very rude, curt and didn't want to take time listening me. So I quit calling that clinic and switched to a wonderful caring doctor and the staff are great!!! I'm so grateful for my new doctor taking her time taking care of me each time I called. She and her staff needs to get out of Springfield, Illlinois practice.
