Staff regularly called me by the incorrect gender, did not seem to know that I had been there before, and regularly forgot to call me back about things. The absolute worst was the billing department. Incorrect charges, lack of receipts, unwilling to respond to requests for billing explanations-- they have me questioning whether I should report them to the AG. I would not recommend anyone go here unless you have the time to be your own accounting office and lawyer. If you don't, prepare to be charged hundreds of dollars with no explanation.

His office is 100% prepared with Covid measures (take temperature, masks, no waiting room). I was very worried about the oncoming pain of the procedure but I am not kidding when I tell you I DIDN'T FEEL A THING. He's an expert at administering local anesthetic.
