As we spend…read moresometime away from Springfield she informed me by not even her staff but an associale at Springfield Clinic that she has cancelled my appointment and won't take me as a patient. She wouldn't fill the scripts I need or see me just one time to get me through till I can find another Dr. All this because I spend time away fro Springfield. How about snowbirds that spend 6 months in Fl. She won't take them on? How cruel is that. Makes me wonder what her bedside manner is like. Not good I am sure. I called their office 2 weeks ago and told them that I had an appointment in Aug and could they fill my scripts for a month till I got in to see the Dr. It took 2 weeks to get back to me and let me know!!!! I called daily to see what was going on. They were always to busy to talk and apparently to call back until today. Then they had a secretary call. I hope her practice flops. or she gets taken down with Obamacare!!!!! She needs failure. looks like a couple more feel the same. what does that say!!!!?

The telephone operator was very rude, curt and didn't want to take time listening me. So I quit calling that clinic and switched to a wonderful caring doctor and the staff are great!!! I'm so grateful for my new doctor taking her time taking care of me each time I called. She and her staff needs to get out of Springfield, Illlinois practice.

Someone needs to look into their billing procedures. I was paying a bill and hadn't last small…read morepayment to make. Got a call today from Irene in billing telling me because their last 2 or 3 bills were returned from the Post Office as undeliverable, she sent my bill to collections. I now have the post office investigating this since my address is correct. Luckily, I have Irene's statement recorded in my messages. Irene should note that mail fraud is a very real thing.
