When I needed glass replacing in a window, I went in here for a quote and the guy exploded at me in anger for not coming in earlier in the day. I've never been told off before for being late as a customer! Anyone would think he was employing me, rather than the other way round! I used them anyway and they sent another guy round who replaced the window glass very quickly, so I don't know what all the fuss was about. (I suspect it had something to do with an afternoon football match.) I have also used the framing service and got a print reframed here for £20-£25, which I was pleased with. But when I went in recently for a quote, the guy handling the framing side didn't seem to know how to deal with more than one customer at once and just ignored me, even though the couple in front were busy browsing and he could easily have attended to me while they were making up their minds. I gave up waiting in the end and went home. A word of warning: beware asking the glass guy about frames or vice versa. I once made that mistake and got told in no uncertain terms that they are not responsible for the other half's business (a tad confusing as they share the shop, so how would you know?!). So watch out for shopkeepers with anger management issues! A handy shop to have on your high street, nonetheless.

The finished product never disappoints. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him, and indeed often do to friends and family. I don't normally write reviews for these websites but on this occasion I made an exception to correct the impression given by the other reviews. He made me fool because of his lies, His products are rubbish, Windows and doors are very poor quality, it's very weak during installation keeps breaking and after installation it's very shaky I'm dead sure Luqnaan and his windows fitters are not qualified fitter. He messed up whole house, He has installed some windows too small and some too big, he damaged whole my house and didn't complete the job. He has left the job half way. I had to get it done from someone else, Including too much repairing work. I made a mistake by paying him in advance. He took £4750 In name of advance and since then he keeps asking for more more money, He was saying otherwise my work going to be delayed because he don't have money to pay other party, every time he does little work asks for money. He took all money well before completing the job I ordered 3 bedroom house's all windows, kitchen door and complete porch, originali he has agreed for full job around £8,500 they increased £9,500. He had promised me that he is going to complete the job within 2 weeks and now been nearly 3 months. He was keep promising he will come in few days to complete the job but newer complete the job, now he is very abusive and says I'm not going to do your job do what ever you want to, I'm not scared of anything he is saying. When they said they finished the work it was dark and from what I can see it looked ok but the follow day when checking it was not completed to an acceptable standard. I have called and text a number of times with no response and when chasing I have been told now that "We dont have the staff" but my question is why doesn't Lukman (company owner and hands on) come round and address my outstanding issues/concerns? Would I reuse Z S Double Glazing - NO! Would I recommend Z S Double Glazing - NO!
