Garcia's Concrete deserves more than five stars! Christian, the owner, is the kind of contractor…read moreyou hope to find but rarely do. He owns his own equipment, knows his craft inside and out, and delivers workmanship that goes beyond excellent. The quality of the finished concrete is stunning -- I truly didn't think I'd ever look at concrete and call it beautiful, but here we are. What impressed me most was how effortlessly he understood what we wanted, even when we weren't entirely sure. With minimal input, he translated our half-formed ideas into a design and finished product that exceeded every expectation. His communication was exceptional from start to finish. He showed up on time, kept us informed through every step, and was both professional and genuinely personable throughout the entire process. And the pricing? Fantastic. Fair, transparent, and worth every penny. Great service, great communication, great pricing, and a flawless final result -- I could not be happier. If you're looking for concrete work done right, call Christian at Garcia's Concrete. You will not be disappointed.

He and his crews work well together and are efficient in everything they do. He also did some electrical work to upgrade the line to my front lawn light post that he found was deteriorated when expanding my driveway. I always get lots of compliments on my driveway and back patio.

I liked the ideas Junior (the owner) suggested to me, based on my budget. He was responsive through texts after his first visit for an estimate. His price was competitive so I decided to hire him. On the day of the job, Junior and his crew arrived on time and went to work right away. They worked hard and quickly and were able to do the job in a day and a half. The job I had him do may have been a small project but he was accommodating and they did a good job. I'll keep him in mind for any future landscaping projects.

Brought his measuring unicycle and didn't measure a thing. Of the 4-5 landscapers that have come already, I am getting written estimates from all of them. This company either sent someone with no experience, my project is overwhelming, or ?? Very bizarre. To be clear, the other landscapers also offer the design aspect, and they/I plan on doing the design piece. I am just looking for estimates first along with meeting you and feeling your enthusiasm for the project. After meeting and texting with you, and reviewing your photos, my job may have been out of scope for you. I wanted a lot of fun stuff; bocce ball, basketball, inground trampoline, and a lot of ground cover and plants. I will give 4 stars instead of three, as I posted all of my wants in my Yelp request, so my expectation is that you will come ready.

Why do you insist on covering a lie with a lie…read more First, Why are most wood burning stoves not UL listed? There are several standards that wood burning stoves must meet. UL listing is not a required standard for stoves, so most manufacturers elect not to have that testing done.. The UL laboratories are a private nonprofit organization that some manufacturers elect to send their products too. This certification can be costly and because the certification is not necessary for wood stoves, most manufacturers do not submit their product to Underwriters Laboratories for approval. There are only three wood-burning stoves that are UL listed Second, the only certification needed is when you install a new wood stove and that requirement is a stove certified by the EPA Third, older wood stoves are grandfathered in and there is no fire code that exist that states that you must upgrade to a new wood-burning stove when you buy or sell. If you do change out the stove, then it must be upgraded to an EPA certified stove Finally, there are manufacturers data plates that are on wood stoves that show the minimum clearances from stove to combustible materials. This particular stove met all the minimum distance requirements to combustible materials. Yes, the fireplace surround was ugly, however it was a cement fiber board that is a non-combustible material. In addition, the stove flue was exposed for the first 5 feet and is of a triple wall design which has a higher heat value. So I stand by my claim that your inspections are fraudulent, froth with misinformation, with intent to upsell or some new products to the person's home that you inspect.
