Cleanup and finished detailing left something to be desired. There was grit and pieces of old gasket from the old window removal inside the cab, dirty hand prints on the door exteriors, some adhesive on the inside driver window and outside passenger side verticle window frame that was not cleaned up. If the cleanup had been complete this would have been a 5 star review. I sent an email about the cleaning issues but have not gotten a response as of yet. UPDATE: Rich from Defender contacted me first thing this morning and apologized then offered to send out a tech today to finish up a 10 minute cleanup. I own a home remodeling company and in my opinion you can't do much better than that! Issues inevitably come up from time to time and when it is addressed like Rich did that's a sign of a stand up business! Thanks Rich and Debbie for a great job!
