Not only did they replace, they showed me how to clean and what to clean with to not damage. In addition, they adjusted the door so it would swing closed. Cost $60.00. I thought that was a fair cost. As they were leaving, I inquired if they replaced glass in mirrors. I handed over a full length antique morror encased in wood that belonged to my Great Grandmother. I requested a beveled mirror. That took about 4 weeks and was a little under $300.00 (what I expected). Both jobs were executed beautifully and professionally.

He came first thing the next day to give a free quote, and his quote was lower than all other quotes I received. He took the window back to his shop to install a new piece of glass, putting in the special gas between the panes that helps with insulation & energy efficiency. They had to remove the siding around a huge picture window that was 7' x 5'. Not an easy task. We were advised that there was a chance that the siding could be difficult to remove and they weren't sure of bending. They removed the old thermo pane and installed the new one. When they finished, it was perfect. The siding was unharmed due to their professional removal and the site was totally cleaned when they left.
