Very impressed with Winnifred's service and the sub contractors he used to install our two sets of sliding french doors. He was extremely knowledgeable, gave a fair quote, and his sub contractors that he used were clean and thorough. I did not feel like I had to keep my eye on workmanship which is number one with me. I could easily see they could see they had the experience and skill set which was needed to get this job done properly. They provided the quality workmanship I wanted; another thing impossible to find these days. Winnefred obviously knows how to run a good company and we would want to hire this company again when it came to windows and doors. He also connected us with other vendors in the field for other small things we needed to have done. Many thanks read more

Winnifred and his crew are top notch! I have two small bathrooms and his idea for my front shower door was brilliant! I was instantly struck by Winnifred's creativity. He installed a bi-fold door and it's beautiful! For my second shower door he installed a sliding door to once again save space it, too, is very attractive. I highly recommend this company! read more

Shopped around for a table top glass and Glasswork by Design had the best price, and was the most helpful on the phone. The glass fit perfectly! Thank you for the great customer service! read more

Winnifred has been great so far. We had to order some windows for our renovation and sent him some specs before meeting with him. He sat down with me patiently, went through our requirements carefully, and followed up with me to ensure we got EXACTLY what we wanted. We just put the order in, so will come back with a review once we receive the final product. So far so good!! Great customer service focus!! Update: beautiful work. Came out much better than we expected. Highly recommended!! Update 2: he also did a shower door and a glass partition and they came out beautifully. He has great design ideas - listen to what he has to say before you make a decision and get him involved early in the process. read more

Winnefred and his team are terrific. Price quote was very reasonable, response time and follow up was very good. Had to install 3 baths sliding shower doors, custom 1/2 inch glass for walk in shower, and 2 molded windows. All work done meticulously and correctly. Very happy with results. Thanks Glasswork. read more

We had Glasswork by Design install a glass shower door, repair another & had a french door installed in the family room. Winnifred & his crew did an outstanding job & everything looks & works great. Due to Covid19 the job took a while longer but that's understandable & once everything was delivered the projects were completed in a timely manner. Everyone was professional & polite & Winnifred took the time to answer all our questions. This is a great company & worth your time to call & have them look at your project read more

This company was recommended to me and took pride in their workmanship and customer service. There's no other local company like it for the value. I ran into a couple of issues, and they took the time to help me fix it and make it right. I appreciate that. They are busy and the owner can't always address issues on his free time as soon as promised, but in that case, contacting Alma the office manager will help handle any situation. read more

Prompt response to service requests. Friendly staff. Will definitely call for any glass repair needs in the future.

Perfect experience, great craftsmanship, reasonable price, great service. They replaced my shower door that was a non standard size and all the details came out exactly like I wanted. I got three quotes and glassworks had the best price and the most personal service. read more

What a truly wonderful experience! My master bathroom suite needed a new shower door and enclosure, I was provided with some wonderful options. We were looking for a more upmarket contemporary look, and we got it. If you want personalized service from a contractor you can trust, then reach out to GlassWork, you will not go wrong. read more

Called when a shower door shattered. Winifred called back within the hour and came to the house that afternoon. Very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Gave great advice, pricing info and options. Installed today, and wouldn't take payment until he replaces a rail that was marred. Shower doors look great! read more

I was tired of the shower curtain in our guest bathroom, and was fed up with our old shower door that kept coming off the track. It looked old and gross. I found this company on Yelp and saw the 5-star reviews, so I wrote a message to ask for a quote. Winnifred answered back really fast! In the meantime, we went to a home show to scout out having our shower doors replaced. I called one of the places who said they only came our Mon-Fri during the times when I work. They weren't very friendly, either. When I asked Winnifred if he does evening or weekend hours, he immediately said that he would come pretty much "anytime that worked for me". Wow! He was very professional when he showed up. He patiently showed us samples and the longer he spoke, I could tell he's had a lot of experience working with glass. He took meticulous measurements and we paid him a deposit (he takes credit cards, too). He gave us a quote and left, without any kind of pressure. We decided to have him do the work. As promised, our shower doors arrived in less than a week. He came (on a Sunday), with an assistant, and in less than three hours our bathrooms were completely updated! I cannot believe the difference. The shower doors look beautiful, fit perfectly and we've had no problems with leaking. I'm always happy to support a family owned business, without going through the Big Box stores. He's a customer service oriented business owner, and I have no doubt he will be a success in his business. He has my highest endorsement, and I would call him again when we have any need for windows or any additional services he offers. read more

From initial consultation to final installation, Winnifred and his crew are professionals. Although Milgard took awhile to manufacture our windows and patio slider(really not that big of a deal), the installation was done in a day and a half. Winnifred is a perfectionist and spent extra time leveling one of the larger windows. He made subsequent follow up visits for exterior trim(his recommendation, looks great now) and sealant(caulking). I have already recommended Glasswork By Design to friends and will continue to do so. read more
