Every one of them was unable to provide any services to us over the 3 days we were in town. This included the widely known Safelite, and they were only able to accommodate on our return trip through N.C. three days later. This meant we would be driving around all weekend with a huge windshield crack that would only potentially get worse. Super thanks to the team at Global Glass. Not only were they able to come to our hotel and get the windshield changed out in the parking garage, they also were half the cost of what Safelite was going to bill us and Global Glass was able to get the job done three days sooner. Thanks to Leon and his team, we didn't show up at Lenox Square with a busted windshield and the whole replacement process was only about an hour. Great customer service and thanks for your fast, professional and economical service!!! If anyone ever needs auto glass work, please call Global Glass first, you'll probably save big time and big $.

If you're not quite to that level, don't make your work public. And that's how I feel about that. So when I woke up yesterday to discover my car's passenger window smashed to smithereens -- aside from lamenting the theft of my lint roller [yeah, I know, right?] and 2 month old GPS unit -- I could only shake my head at amateur hour. Why, in 2010, thieves don't have the decency and self esteem to invest in a slim jim and a little robbery savoir-faire is beyond me. I'm willing to bet heavily that they chew with their mouths open and shave down their toenails with a paring knife. No style, yo. I was referred to Glass Plus by my mechanic and was treated wonderfully from my very first interaction. They ordered the glass I needed at 11:00 am; I dropped the car off at nearly 1 pm; and I was on the road without a plastic-duct tape window by 3pm. Incredibly painless, phenomenal turnaround time, and better yet, no sign of the mediocre work ethic and shoddy craftsmanship that plagues society and hurts my feelings. 5 Made in America, excellently executed stars

Geico deemed it a total loss--but I knew the damage wasn't that severe. I felt pressured to accept the total loss but refused to sign off because my vehicle has low miles, no mechanical issues, and I believed it could absolutely be saved. Thankfully, I took it to Paint Genius for a second opinion. Chris thoroughly inspected it and confirmed it was repairable--for less than half the dealership's quote. After months of back and forth, my total loss claim was reversed, and Paint Genius brought my car back to life. It runs smoother than ever, like nothing ever happened. (Oh, by the way...They kindly took care of some pre-existing cosmetic damage - you can't even tell that section of my vehicle was painted. It matches the original paint seamlessly.) I'm beyond grateful for their honesty, expertise, and dedication. I highly recommend Paint Genius to anyone looking for professional, trustworthy, and a skilled high quality auto body work.
