I had every intent of purchasing a CPO GL out of state from them when I came across the ad online. From initial contact, Luka Djordjevic went above and beyond to answer my questions and thoroughly provide all details about the vehicle. He is super responsive, honest and doesn't make you feel like the typical car salesman just trying to sell you a car. The first impression makes a lasting impression. Unfortunately, I had to back out of the deal last minute on my end, however everyone at the dealership I interacted with was understanding, professional and I would not hesitate to buy a car from them sight unseen in the near future. I've had some bad interactions with dealerships of German makes in the past, however Mercedes Benz of Morgantown and their staff seem to have high quality training.

I made this appointment over a week in advance, clearly stating the vehicle. Instead of letting me know upfront that they don't service my car model (despite it being an option on their website), they waited until 7:30 AM -- half an hour before my appointment -- to call and say they don't have the correct oil or filter and don't service the brand at all. Completely unprofessional and a total waste of my time. Basic scheduling and communication should be the bare minimum for a dealership service department. Thanks Ellen Amoroso!

However, this time I gave in to his plea and decided to try Summer's. I figured if I didn't feel comfortable with what they suggested I could just tow it home again. Summer's didn't disappoint. The check engine light was on and AutoZone did a code check which came up as the purge valve. It would have been easy for Summer's to just agree and do that repair. However, they were very honest and upon inspection found that there was just a lot of corrosion and a few wires that needed replaced. So they just cleaned up the corrosion and replaced the wires. Also had them do an oil change and inspect the serpentine belt and power steering belt (which was fraying). Serpentine belt was good and the power steering belt was replaced. All in a timely manner and for an economical price. My son said his car has never driven smoother or sounded better. I would highly recommend them for your auto repair service.

You drop it off, it gets in the shop. Chipps keeps you updated daily on your car, whether or not its done. I haven't had to leave my car there for more than a day, though. First off, their customer service is phenomenal. They're very courteous. They know that your car is important to you and that your time is valuable. In terms of quality of work, they're top notch. Each time, they quickly diagnosed the problem, called me, and gave me a quote. After approval, they get to work fixing it. They replaced my AC compressor in less than a day and fixed a hole in my tailpipe in one. The speed is appreciated. I only had to bring it back for a follow-up repair once after the AC stopped working again shortly after they replaced the AC compressor. They found a pinched wire and replaced it no charge. If I was in the area, I'd still bring my cars here whenever something needed fixed. Sometimes I make a special trip if nobody can figure out the problem in my local area. One thing to note about Chipps is that they're a little on the expensive side, but you get what you pay for.

If I could give them negative stars, I would!!…read more I would not recommend Westover Tire. We took my daughter's car in for new brake pads, rotors, and an inspection. The car had been running fine, but the shop told us it needed a new alternator. Because the estimated repairs would have cost more than the car was worth, we declined the work. After my daughter picked up the car and started driving home, the shop called to say they had left a tool inside the car and had also kept her driver's license and registration. While she was driving back to retrieve them, the car completely broke down on the side of the highway and had to be towed. The timing was extremely concerning, especially since the car had shown no signs of an alternator problem before it was taken to Westover Tire. When I called to discuss the situation, the manager, Jeff, was condescending and sarcastic. He asked, "If she stopped at the grocery store, would it be their fault that the car broke down?" That response showed no concern for my daughter being stranded on the highway and did nothing to address our concerns. They offered no help and said that this wasn't on them. Between the breakdown immediately after the shop handled the car, the tool left inside it, the failure to return her license and registration, and the manager's unprofessional attitude, we have serious concerns about how the vehicle and this situation were handled. This was a horrible experience, and we will not return. -K.L. Ramsey
