Great job and product outstanding people. they did a side window job for me and provided me with OEM glass. Very experience job.

So , the technician Kenneth at the safe lite in Washington pa not only broke the clip to my visor he cracked my rear view mirror casing in SEVERAL places! Not to mention the rubber along the windshield that I got replaced is bumpy on both sides the glass around the bottom edge pops out in some places scratches on the sides of chrome sides. I have been calling for the past three weeks and no one either answer or the technician won't call me back. Emailed customer service said they will have the manager call me back . No call Got a hold of customer service said they would find out what's going on never called back. The technician said he was going to find me another rearview mirror and order the clips for the visor. Never heard back from him!!!!! Not to mention he tried to tell me the casing was cracked already!!!! I pointed out what the problems were before he started so that we were both aware. Non of them was the casing of the rearview mirror and not was the clip for my visor or the bad molding that is rippled or all the scratches I have found!!!! Soooo upset!!! So now I will be calling my insurance company and reporting them and try to get my replacements I was promised! Also contacting BBB to make a complaint. HORRIBLY JOB ON REPAIRING WINDOW HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! read more

Windshield works great but...... The tech who installed my windshield did a great job with the windshield itself but obviously forgot how they took everything apart. When reassembling, the tech decided to route my windshield fluid line to a point where it was pinched between my hood and the plastic piece that houses the windshield sprayers, defrosters, etc. This is opposed to routing through its given hole (second picture right side). Overall, the windshield works great but the two hours of frustration trying to figure out why my sprayers weren't working knocks them down to 3. read more

We used the shop in Washington PA on Jefferson Ave. Great experience. Professional, courteous, and thorough. We needed an OEM (original equipment manufacturer) windshield which was on backorder from the manufacturer. Our technician follow up was exceptional. He called us immediately when it came in and had us in the shop the next morning. read more

It says that they will vacuum your car and clean your windows which is a bold face lie.

Had the windshield of my Jeep replaced. Adam, the technician, arrived as scheduled while I was at work. Completed the job in around 30 minutes. Very professional and courteous. read more

What kind of stupidity is it that you cant provide a price quote over the phone due to COVID-19? That is the exact proper process to limit in person interactions. This is just laziness that your employees cannot answer the phone read more

It was a longer wait time than expected but I was glad it was done earlier than scheduled

I thought I would have to go to the dealer to have my windshield replaced but Safelite was able to do professional work right in my own garage, replacing the damaged glass with a brand new windshield. I am very pleased with the employee, Adam, who called before he got there, explained what my restrictions after installation were, and left a brochure with the warranty and phone # in case of questions. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. read more

Morgantown couldn't/wouldn't help me. Drove here in a snowstorm and very cold weather. Very nasty chip as well. In no time the windshield in my 2016 Maxima was good to go! read more

The employees were nice, but somehow managed to deny and scratch the dashboard of my car. I would never recommend these people to go anywhere near your vehicle. read more

This was one of the most pleasant transactions I've experienced with a company providing services. It's never fun to have a windshield cracked (scary too when the rock hit us), but at least Safelite made the repair painless. They showed up when they said they would, took care of the problem replacing the windshield in about an hour and left my car clean and ready to go. The service man was friendly and worked diligently to complete the job. Highly recommend Safelite. read more

Robert came and filled a few chips in my windshield from a rock bouncing across it. He filled it and said it would hopefully fade with time. As long as it doesn't spread I am happy! read more

(March 2014 visit) Windshield hit by rock on Turnpike on our way to Washington PA, called insurance who recommended this place. Accommodated me easily early the next morning. No wait. Quick, professional, friendly. Convenient location a block or so off interstate. Highly recommend read more

After our windshield was hit with a rock, the crack was creeping along quick enough that I didn't want to wait to get it replaced. I called Safelite for a mobile replacement and they had a free appointment that afternoon! The technician showed up 15 minutes early, explained everything he was going to do and even vacuumed up the work area in my SUV. The estimated 2 hour job took about 50 minutes and I couldn't be happier. If I pick up another rock and need a windshield replacement, I'll be sure to give Safelite a call. read more

Will never do business with them again!! Took the car in for a windshield. They broke the wipers arms, (not the blades) and refuse to replace them. The only thing they will do is give us a $40 discount. I am not capable of fixing this if I can ever find a part. The gentleman (if that is what you want to call him) at Safelite in Ohio was clueless and would not help us. He just kept repeating the same thing over and over!! The manager from Jefferson Avenue Safelite, Jeff Morgante.....will not fix this car for me when the part comes in, he said he did all he can do and it is up to me now. This is ludicrous!!! I will never go there again or recommend this place to anyone!!! read more

I just had my windshield replaced because I had a crack in my old one. The technician was very friendly and did a fantastic job putting in my new windshield! The quality of work seems excellent and my windshield seems like it is no different than a new car! Good, quality materials and work! I definitely recommend! Scheduling an appointment is very easy as well. You can choose mobile service(Technician does the work right at your home) or take it to a shop. I chose the Mobile! Only took about 1 hour to replace windshield! Excellent work! read more
