As I later told my wife, a completely clean car feels at least 20% faster and more agile. You might just chalk that up to my Y chromosome, and I get it, but the fact is that the car feels exactly like it did the day I bought it. Brett and the team deservedly took pride in the great and comfortable environment they provide for both customers and their cars. The interior was spotless and devoid of any evidence that we took my in-laws' shed-happy Golden Retriever for a ride last week. The exterior was spotless and devoid of any evidence of the immense amount of brake dust that had built up on the wheels. All that for a completely reasonable price. Maybe it was because my car was only nominally dirty and not a complete mess, but they beat their time estimate considerably. All in all, there is no conceivable way that I could be any happier with 412 Auto Detail, and I enthusiastically endorse them.

They even tinted right over the inspection sticker in the window, said it was OUR fault for not telling them about the sticker, then cut it out and put in another patch of tinting in the hole, with a ton of un-tinted space around it. Talk about a hack job! I am absolutely appalled. Over $400 paid up front & they refuse to fix it unless we pay more. On top of that, the lady running things is acting like a complete child, refusing to fix it or refund, calling us terrible customers on FB, saying she will beat us like she beat cancer and removing our comments with photos of the job. We are not hard to please & we love shopping locally. I know they have been around for a while and have plenty of satisfied customers, but this job needs to be made right.

This one has layers. Please, do not trust this shop…read more Please, do not allow this shop to do any work in your vehicle that doesn't involve tires. ASE Certified mechanic here... A year ago, they could not properly perform an alignment on my vehicle and told me I needed to have extra hardware installed which required over $300 in work. I took it to a trusted friend at Kress Tire in Pittsburgh and they aligned it just fine. Thought, alright, just a young mechanic's mistake, took an experienced fella to get it done right. Took it back later to have my vehicle inspected, I received a vehicle that was in fact inspected, but with a quote that "your exhaust has a slight leak and we will pass it this time, but will cost about $1,800 to repair next time" to which I rolled my eyes. I later took it to Deep Hollow in Albright, and the honest mechanic repaired it in an hour, very fine work for less than $200. It gets worse. Had the A/C refilled at Deep Hollow (my now trusted shop) But the pump had previous issues, and now required replacement. Shop didn't have time to fit me in before I leave for my road trip, so I tried Tire Lame again (not a typo) figuring hey, they can't strike out a third time, right? Right? Handed a very specific work order to only replace the A/C compressor. Quoted me $500 to replace my compressor. I brought the vehicle in, they then increased the quote to $800, to which I refused. Time to pick the vehicle up. I received the vehicle with no cruise control response (I am disabled in my right leg and always use CC) When I returned home, I traced the vacuum lines to find the careless mechanic had broken a nipple to the vacuum line just above the high pressure nipple for the A/C system and neglected to repair it afterward. Not to mention fully disconnecting the CC linkage on the throttle. That's not the worst. I delivered the vehicle with a full tank of gas, I picked it up an 1/8 under, with my dash cam wires disconnected. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE TO WORK ON YOUR VEHICLES. I've never seen such negligence. The only reason and the ONLY reason they get two stars, is they have good prices on tires. And the quality of tires has yet to be proven. Maybe I'll come back and rant about that too. If you made it this far, call someone else. You've obviously had your doubts. DM me if you want the video showing the post-pickup video of the issues they left me with and the repairs that I'll never get the time back for. Have a good day y'all, and stay away from shops like this.

I took my NEW 2018 Honda Accord here to have an amp, subs, door rear deck speakers, and a SiriusXM receiver installed. What a nightmare! I was expecting a professional install but received a sub par installation. First of all, I scheduled 2 separate appointments to get my system installed. On the first visit the amp and sub was installed. When I left the shop, the amp was cutting in and out, so it was obviously not tuned correctly and was klipping. On the second visit, the front door speakers were installed and the SiriusXM receiver. when I got my car back, the antenna to the SiriusXM receiver was just lying in the middle of the dash, like it would have stayed there and the reception was terrible. So I had them run It outside the car like its supposed to be and put on the trunk. Lastly, and most frustrating, when he was installing the SiriusXM, he severely scratched the dash. I couldn't believe it and he wasn't even going to tell me about it. Also, he never installed my deck speakers and told me he was afraid to unhook the airbags. Well, I've done the research and the airbags are not an issue to unhook and wont go off if the battery is unhooked. So, If you value your vehicle or have a new one don't take it here this guy is not a professional and doesn't care about your car. Check the other negative posts on yelp. Same issues! PS don't contact me to try and fix the issues, You'll never touch my vehicles again. read more

Showed up on a Friday afternoon to have my tint checked and Craig, the owner, was super helpful. Had another company do a terrible back window job even saying I needed to replace rear windshield due to stuck glue...Craig rolled up his sleeves and offered to fix it today and check over the other windows for a very fair price! Now my car looks great because of Craig...if you want it done correctly and professionally treated with kindness as a customer, this is absolutely the best customer service I've seen after being at many other tint shops...10 stars! read more

This is the place to go for a Remote Car Starter!!! I called and provided my make and year of car - was unable to get to the shop that day so I was able to send a picture of my key and the owner was able to order it that day.
