The first was replacing several panes in our 1925 bungalow's wooden framed windows. It's hard to find many glazers that do this kind of work, and they did it well. The second project was to build 2 custom double pane windows on either side of our fireplace. They had some choices of custom glass, but we wanted to have something very unique. After a several weeks we found some amazing glass at D&L Art Glass supply. Mile High picked it up from them. I feared the up-charge for this specialty glass, but without me saying anything Garrett,. the owner, said he'd keep the price the same. Quinten oversaw the crew as they worked skillfully and efficiently. The windows by the fireplace came out perfect with one exception. The wood trim extended 1/8th inch into the pane area. Quentin came quickly to check it out, agreed it would be better cut thto e trim back, and within a very short time, took care of the trimming himself and the windows are beautiful!

I have not experienced such amazing customer service in our entire bathroom remodel project (or probably ever), as I have while working with L&L Glass. From the very first phone call when I spoke with Marissa, I got all the warm and fuzzies about this company that I needed to schedule an appointment to come measure. They knew we were on a time crunch (after being completely screwed over by another glass company in the area), and tried very hard to get us scheduled ASAP. When Pete came to take measurements, he was very personable and answered all my questions. He got the measurements back quickly and I had a quote sent over just a few days later. They were a bit more expensive than a few other places we had gotten quotes from previously, but customer service and positive reviews go a long way for me, so I quickly pulled the trigger and put down a deposit. Miguel and (totally blanking on the other dude's name. Gah!) came to install our shower glass and we were blown away by how quickly they were in and out. We stepped out for a quick breakfast and they were already done! Super cool guys, too!
