This is my new favorite spot. Perfect for afternoon drinks and food to share. The menu is mainly sharing plates with bites as well, single serve snacks like sliders and crumbed pork belly. The duck fat potato skins were delicious, a little underseasoned but easily fixed. Also the eggplant chips are a must try, I'm not a fan of eggplant but they were amazing. They have a great drinks selection, including some really nice cocktails. Look forward to trying the rest of the menu.

    Such a cool set up!

What a wonderful experience. Nice ambience and wonderful staff. We got greeted as we came up the stairs and then introduced to our waiter who was very informative and friendly. We were left with the menu and recommended some "smalls" to start. I got the pulled pork slider which was very tasty and reasonably priced. The drinks and smalls came out and then we were given another run through of the menu and ordered two mediums an option from "raw kitchen" and a side of duck fat fries potato skins. They all came out as ready. The eggplant chips with pistachio dip was sensational. My favourite dish by far. The chilli wagyu beef lettuce cups were very tasty! A little messy but isn't that the idea? The duck fat potato skins were fried crisp and well complimented with the rosemary mayo. We also ordered raw Moroccan cauliflower couscous with dates and pine nuts. A very tasty healthy meal for most diets. Last but not least we were offered the dessert menu. All the options looked very tasty! Will have to come back and try it next time.

Who would know you could fit another cool restaurant in one short cool street but then came The Glass Goose. The fit out is cool, I love how the bar goes from standing at one end to sitting at the lower rare end. The music and acoustics are not conducive to having conversation and you have a rather hoarse throat when you leave from all the shouting to be heard but it's what you expect at another one of Monteiths pubs. The menu offers a mix of sharing plates, a couple of platters and big, satisfying dinners. As we were a table of 13 I decided on putting together our own set menu starting with some cod croquette's which only tasted of the potato that over whelmed them. Pretty quickly (too quickly) our table was filled with food in no particular order and a shame the vegetables came when most of the meat dishes were devoured. The Haloumi was the shocker dish of the night with a stingy piece of overcooked halloumi served on a strange salad. The sides of duck fat potato skins and Eggplant chips always go down a treat. The braised Pork cheeks and lamb were my favourite dishes. The fish was a strange dish to share and the fish a little overcooked. The beef chewy and the sprouts didn't hit the mark. There was quite a bit of leftovers which one friend took for her dogs, maybe I got carried away with my ordering, it was hard to know when we had one no show in the group. We were too full for dessert so I can't say how they were received. The magnificent view of the sky tower through the glass roof really is awe inspiring and theatrical like any minute now it will topple onto you. (see my photo). Service was ok, though the waitress maybe a little inexperienced. The drinks menu had to be good of course.

The food is very nice! Good cocktails and I truly recommend going with a friend. Service was good, though the meal was a little pricey, it was worth it due to the quality of the meal. Also nicely decorated- and appropriate to the occasion/event, waiting time for food/drinks is not too long. A must go to.

Nice atmosphere and drinks, sides and cheese/meat board were good. But most medium and large dishes were...not very up to standards....

Fantastic happy hour for Bonvoy members (which is free to join). I was able to score $10 glass of…read morewine and $10 bar bites! We had the pork belly sliders and the chicken bites. Both were delicious and great for the price. After HH, I stayed for a Margherita pizza and more wine. The pizza was thin crust and tasted fresh. Only thing that was interesting to me was the inability to order the same HH wines after HH. The selection switches out. Service was really great and friendly. It started off rather quiet for HH but began to fill as time went on. Plenty of seating options and trendy decor.

VISIT: end of February 2020…read more This was a pleasant surprise as we ate here probably every day of the 3 that we were in town. I typically shy away from restaurants that are in the hotel because they tend to be pricey. We felt, for Americans, that this was decently priced and that each time we ate here, we got a different meal FOOD WE TRIED: - Chicken and vegetable dumplings - Prawn and chive Gyoza - Arancini - 55 day aged beef brisket sliders - Seafood Risotto - Spaghetti with mussels, snapper and prawns The sliders, gyoza and spaghetti with seafood was VERY good. I wouldn't order the dumplings again, but I always forget that chicken dumplings just aren't the same as pork and/or shrimp. The Arancini was a bit disappointing in flavor, maybe just a touch more salt would have been helpful and same thing with the flavor of the Risotto. The seafood was cooked perfectly, but the sauce on it just wasn't as flavorful as I would have liked, for a risotto. Service was always great with the staff always helpful with recommendations. We were very happy to have access to this restaurant during our stay the Four Points
