Later that week, I received the proposal and was pleasantly surprised by the price. Orange Mirror and Glass quoted a cost that was 50% less than what my General Contractor had charged. I promptly signed the paperwork and paid half the amount via credit card to proceed with the order. On the day of installation, Orange Mirror and Glass arrived 15 minutes ahead of the scheduled appointment time. I appreciated their punctuality, as it is uncommon for contractors to arrive early. It was strange incident since no one was touching it, it just exploded and shattered. Luckily no one was injured by the shattered glasses. I called and Greg told me it happened sometimes, and Google Search also indicated sometimes that can happen. Turns out there's no warranty on the glass door itself. I wonder how can a product like that has no warranty! Anyway, it's not Greg's fault, Greg did the installation great, but I'm just unhappy an expensive glass door self-explode after just 2 years.
