They did this back in Oct of last year and the reason I'm posting this review now is because I wanted to give my windshield some time under the elements before I gave my final thoughts. Also for reference I have the sensor thing in the front you can see in the busted photo that dark square. They didn't recalibrate it, they only replaced the windshield so that should show in itself how gentle and efficient they were. I haven't had issues at all with my sensors. The windshield itself is still in great condition and KNOCK ON WOOD no chips or damage. I've gone through car washes, being buried in the snow and the heavy rain we've had the past month. The quality of that windshield I would say is 10/10. I would recommend these guys for your window needs!!

He arrived and was pleasant right away, shook hands with my mother in law and me and was talking to us the whole time. Very personable. He talked to us in a very friendly manner and not in that awkward, "trying to fill the silence" way. He has a good sense of humor. His wife, Dolly also seems friendly (I talked to her on the phone prior to his arrival). While Bill was very friendly and likable, he was also incredibly good at his actual job. He looked very confident and did the windshield repair in a fast, but careful manner. It looked wonderful afterwards. He made sure to clean out all the dirt and debris from the original windshield and everything looked brand new at the end. I remember years ago on previous cars windshields used to cost about $200, but not on the car I have now. The windshield with the factory glass ended up being about two thousand dollars with the installation and recalibration of the safety system. It was an easy transaction. They handled everything with the insurance. Got everything approved, and only a 50.00 deductible. I dropped off my car at 8 AM, and it was done in the time promised at 1pm. They kept me updated with text messages and emails. The workmanship was perfect, as was the management and the customer service. They are now my official place if I ever need glass work done and I have recommended them to others.

However it is still leaking. I dont feel comfortable going back due to they kept asking me if it leaked prior. I said it more than once no. Now when ever it rains i get that moldy smell and i have to take the piece out that covers the spare tire and let it air dry. Its a pain!
