Unfortunately, the lady who took my payment was pretty rude and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. After talking with my driver afterward, he mentioned that she had been pretty rude to him in person as well. He said she was on a personal phone call for most of the hour he was there and was yelling at the person she was speaking with, which made everyone in the waiting area uncomfortable. We completely understand that personal things come up, sometimes at the worst times, but handling something like that in front of customers just isn't very professional. I needed a housing for a side mirror that was destroyed in a car wash. The estimator said they would call when the part was in. A week later I called and the part was in. I arranged for service the next week. I delivered the car at 9 am. The kept the car for 2 days, never called. I called only to find out that the "wrong part" was sent. They had the car and never informed me. I asked to speak to the manager, Cory. He said he was going to call when the replacement would be in. Days later, no call. I called again only to be told by Cory that he'd call "right back." Again no call. I called again and this time was told that he went to lunch. Each time I asked them why they never call and be told by 3 employees that 1) number is disconnected 2) didn't have the right number 3) we tried and couldn't reach you. This place is ridiculous. Do NOT bring your car here. It has taken a month to deal with this company and my car still isn't fixed. I will be going elsewhere. I suggest you do the same.

From start to finish, their professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail were exceptional. When Jay came outside to inspect my systems wiring, he immediately noticed that the other shop had failed to secure the wire to my battery properly--it actually came undone just from him slightly touching it! Jay quickly wrote up a service agreement, and got my vehicle into their garage for the installers to give everything a thorough inspection. They properly fastened the cable to my battery terminal, checked the ground connection, and cleaned up the messy cable management left by the other shop. Additionally, they inspected the rest of the wiring to ensure there were no other issues. Knowing everything is now secure and professionally installed gives me such peace of mind. Columbus Car Audio went above and beyond and I can't recommend them enough. I am very gratefully to Jay and Columbus Car Audio installers for addressing these issue for me.

From the beginning, the shop manager, Charlie, insisted that we pay for the services separately from our insurance claim. He texted my son, who is the owner of the vehicle, and assured him that our insurance company would reimburse him after the work was completed. I contacted our insurance company directly, and they told me that this was not correct. According to our insurance company, Novus Glass would be reimbursed directly after the services were completed. After filing the insurance claim, both my son and I repeatedly tried to contact Charlie, but he would not return our calls and did not respond to our text messages. I then contacted Novus Glass corporate and was given the phone number for the franchise owner, Mark. I explained the situation to Mark. He essentially told us that they were not being paid directly by insurance companies and that we should follow Charlie's instructions. I pointed out that Novus Glass' own website states that they work directly with insurance companies for payment. Mark said he would speak with Charlie and get back to me. He never did. After receiving no resolution or follow-up, I ultimately had to cancel the insurance claim with Novus Glass and have the work completed by another company. The entire experience was unnecessarily difficult, and the lack of communication from both the shop manager and franchise owner was extremely disappointing. Based on our experience, I would recommend getting the payment and insurance process confirmed in writing before allowing this company to perform any work.
