I was long overdue for an eyebrow and face wax so I walked in and asked if they had time for an appointment, and they did. The lady was nice, and professional. They did a waxing and threading (for those tricky little buggers that don't wanna gtfo). It was my first time threading, but they do the waxing first so the threading part isn't bad. Actually I preferred this to waxing and then tweezing (like I've had done at other salons). The threading seemed to be a lot more accurate. The appointment took 15 minutes maybe, and after I didn't look like a Yeti (not that it helped my GNIB photo..that just looks awful). The price was about €25, which seemed really reasonable to me. I only got the waxing done, but I was quite happy and would come back again, maybe try for a haircut, another time.

"Or where you going to a wedding that your ex was at?" Pleasantly surprised that they remember such details. Your filled with coffee and the head massage at the massaging wash basin is a treat. The price includes 20% off all year except Xmas so it doesn't break the bank too much. I feel relaxed as I used to hate spending 3 hours chatting to false people who have no interest and feeling really awkward. Go people!

I find shorter haircuts more demanding than longer ones so I figured I'd take the risk. The hairdresser who did my hair was really nice and was quite receptive to my request for a restyle. She was not, however, gentle, and my scalp did feel slight the worse for wear after it. Her comments were hilarious though. I told her I was trying to grow my hair and she assured me that 'I'd be like a mermaid by the summer!' She sorted out my layers and all that. After a few days I washed and dried it myself and it hit home - my new haircut is 'the Rachel' That's right Yelpers, I'm trendy like its 1995!! Overall I think it was fine, but I think Peter Mark is still quite expensive for a haircut these days - 49 euros for a cut is steep.

Eventually said sorry and let me stay. The saloon is tiny. No parking space. I wanted to cut my hair by 1cm max but the lady crookedly cut my hair (!!) The other lady who works there had to correct it therefore I left the saloon with my hair shorten by 5 cm less at least. It is not what i wanted.. Try a different place.

My hair is problem hair- very frizzy and dry in the front and crown and smooth enough elsewhere. It was a positive experience and the results were incredible!! I didn't have to straighten my hair for months after the Keratin treatment I got there. I'm about to make another appointment now as my hair is now post pregnancy hair and perimenapausal ( a frizzy, dry, thin, nest type affair- (think Einstein meets Alf the alien!) Bought a voucher off groupon or one of those sites and made the appointment. Was seen by at least 4 if not 5 different people 2 putting in the highlights (badly). I would like to think that the company would see people who buy vouchers as an opportunity to gain future custom, obviously not in this salon. I also didn't like being asked where I usually get my hair done. When my hair was finished the amount of spots they missed or started a good inch from my head at the front was unbelievable and surly the lady drying it should have noticed and said something. They never toned it so looked a bit brassy from the get go. Would never go back or recommend anyone to go here.

I used the same stylist for 2 years, then she left. I floated around and used several others until I latched onto David who always does what I ask and makes my hair look fab.
