This salon has more nail techs who act like they're doing you a favor by taking your money for an overpriced, 10 min shoddy pedicure than any other Salon I've been in. My nail tech hurried through my pedicure and got up and left because it was his lunch break. The tech next to him acted like she was on drugs. Never going back. read more

Got dip gel here, asked the woman doing my nails to make them a little thinner with the file. She actually said no... which kind of blew my mind considering I'm paying for the manicure. Here a am a week later needing a new set because they're pooping off since they're so thick. Going back to Clark's summit for a better job done:) bye glamour read more

I paid $55 for a pedicure to be told to have the dead skin removed from my feet would cost me an additional $5. Not happy, over priced to have my feet washed. read more

I should have listened to the reviews and gone elsewhere. I was visiting from out of town and decided to get a manicure. The lady who did it rushed through it. She simply trimmed my cuticles, quickly filed my nails, and stated polishing. There was no hand massage, just application of lotion. She was so unfriendly and cold. Not a welcome environment at all. My suggestion for that staff is they get different jobs that don't involve interacting with people. Or develop some interpersonal skills. Ugh, a forgetful experience! read more

This used to be my go-to salon for pedicures. I've been there 2 times in the last 2 months and they were THE WORST pedicures I've ever had! TERRIBLY done gel polish, no extras (scrub, mask, etc.), and a 3 second massage for $50?!?? I had different technicians each visit and one has been there for a long time. I even had to go back once because the gel wasn't dry on some toes. It seems management started using timers so technicians don't take too long. This might be why they've gone down hill. I'm not one to post bad reviews unless it's really bad...this was horrible. read more

After moving into the area this nail salon was now the closest. Instead of driving 20 minutes to my old salon I figured a 5 minute drive was the better option. WRONG! I will now be taking that 20 minute drive to the best nail salon in this area, Annie's nails in Peckville. I will NEVER be returning to this salon after my most recent visit. I had a fill and pedicure done. The pedicure was mediocre and actually extremely painful due to the the head nail technician (which I believe owns it) sanding off my skin with the pumice stone. My skin is red raw and looks as though I got a blister from a new pair of shoes. Then my fill was done by some man I've never seen at this salon before. Long story short he had no idea what he was doing and barely filled my nails. I have a huge gap between the nail and my cuticles. He then proceeded to put on five coats of this gel polish that was melting off when I stuck my hand into the UV lights. I politely asked for him to take the polish off and he yelled at me forcing me to continue his process until finally I slid my chair back and refused to let him continue. The head technician then had to fix my nails. Taking off the five layers of gel and starting the process all over again. I was there for almost three hours! Thank god I didn't need to be anywhere! They also had the audacity to charge me full price which I honestly should have refused to pay. $65 bucks for an awful pedicure and a lousy job, and on top of it I was treated like garbage and yelled at. I won't be back and I'll be telling numerous people about this experience. read more

Glamour Nails was almost average during my visit. I signed in for a pedicure. It took 30 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me. I typically would have left but I'm not familiar with the area and the salon was located near my hotel. I eventually got the pedicure. It was OK. No foot and leg massage which I was disappointed with. Entire process took 25 minutes. My toes look nice but the experience was lacking for me. read more

If there was a negative star review........I would have marked it. THE WORST PEDICURE EVER!!!!!!!!!!! Have been there before , however, never treated this rudely and SUCH PATHETIC TREATMENT by none other than the owner. If it was busy, it still wouldn't have been acceptable, but since myself and my mother were the ONLY ones in the place....there was NO EXCUSE!! They actually set a timer for 25 minutes and must abide by the time limit......REALLY??? Is it not about making the customer happy especially for $5-$10 more than any other pedicure in the area. No surprise that there was no one in the place! My feet are not one bit better after the $30 pedicure than they were walking in there. The RUDENESS was truly overwhelming!!!!! Not a thank you or good bye or go $#$#($&*@& None of these type of establishments are over friendly, but this it the absolute PITS!!!!! Save your money or go elsewhere!!!! read more

Worth the drive (45 miles each way). Always clean and the staff are always pleasant.

Emily is my favorite, she does and amazing gel manicure!

I never write reviews, but I had such a horrible experience that I needed to say something. I went to this salon in early July 2017. The actual visit there was ok. I got a gel mani and a regular pedi. With regards to my gel mani, I didn't realize she was going to use the drill bit (don't know the proper name) on my regular nail. My nails have become so brittle and weak from that procedure. My main concern arised from my pedi. I tend to leave my nail polish on my toes for weeks. So by the time I removed it in august, I realized I had a fungal infection. Suffice to say I will never return to this establishment. read more

If you want something quick and overpriced I would recommend this place. The first time I came here, one of the girls did an excellent job. She did tell me that the polish I chose, the reshaping, etc were extra costs at the end. I felt as though she was making up the prices, but I was ok with it because my nails looked great. However, my 2nd visit was terrible. I did not get a cut down or any special requests and somehow it was the same price. Not sure if he was lazy or inexperienced, but he missed a few steps and I needed to file them myself when I got home. I am not one to start a confrontation but i will just not come here again. I feel as though they are there to take advantage of customers that aren't their regulars. read more

Got the paraffin pedicure. Amazing pedicure. Super relaxing. Until the nail polish.... WORST nail polish job ever. The color was all over my skin and each coat was put on soooo thick that it never even had a shot at drying. 3 hours later my dog stepped on my foot and ruined the big toe. Took the nail polish off. What a waste. read more

If you want to be condescended to this is the place for you. You will be asked what you need? When you respond and repeatedly quoted the price for the service. When you ask for some info about the service they all talk to each other in non English and repeat the price again! You escorted to table and when you ask again about any other service more non English chatter then you are switched over to another person. The Money part they got right service meh you are a dumb American and you got to pay and shut up. I picked a color in powder dip second time process was done here.I was sorry I asked about anything I picked a color and after second nail started to show other than what I picked I was stunned. This was the 2nd time I've had this done not familiar with the application or process. I was told that is the color I picked. It seemed between the changing of the techs they screwed up my color choice!I had a choice I could make a scene or pay and walk out. I would not go there if it was the last place on earth.I would rather go to a place where the staff performing their jobs take pride in their work. This talk about 50 dolla,50 dolla and speaking non English like I mentioned it's all about the money.#Puerto Rican Princess read more

NO! Please save yourself from getting services here. I've been putting up with the mediocre manicures & pedicures givin it's convenient location. I thought the cuticle wounds and early chipping of polish was terrible on its own - until I got an eyebrow wax and walked out with LICE. They put this nasty thick headband on my head even though my hair was already pulled back. I figured it would only be on for a short few minutes and went on with the service. They must use this headband on everyone - unsanitary. That night I experienced the first few scalp bites and woke up to find a LICE infection throughout my hair. I can't even make this up. I work in healthcare I know this salon had all to do with this tragic event and three day fiasco trying to rid the bugs. read more

HORRID! If I could give them NO stars I would! I use to go there all the time, always over priced, but always did a good job and the location is great so I did not mind. However, over the past year there are all new people they have become lazy and complacent about their work and still the prices are high! When I was there last my nails chipped before I left and the nail technician actually had the audacity to scold me in front of the whole shop while the woman next to me was also getting yelled at by her nail technician about her poor choice of nail care products. I could not believe it and had 2 women near me say they would never go back just witnessing it, and I could not agree with them more! They also do not clean any of their tools properly anymore, I saw them use a pair of cuticle clippers on me they then used on someone else! Overall very disappointing and I suggest you stay away!! read more

I had a terrible manicure at this place. It was the worst manicure I ever had. The technician was rushed and sloppy. He smudged three of my nails and hurriedly tried to fix them without even removing the polish. Unbelievable. I will never go back. read more

From out of town. First time there. Had a pedicure. Although walking in and being served right away, the pedicure was below average offering the bare minimum of care let alone pampering. In and out in under 30 minutes. My regular salon back home is a minimum of 50 minutes with standard service of leg massage and heat wrap. The cost of this pedicure was 30% higher than I have ever paid for a pedicure. I feel ripped off and dissatisfied. I do not recommend this salon. Sub par service banking on a good location. read more
