I had been wanting to go platinum for some years now and my last hairstylist would always give me blonde or orange blonde which I disliked. I messaged various people and Maysaa was not only fast to respond, but inviting. Her kind and fast response are what made me make the appointment with her. She did not only get my hair down to the lightest color possible, but gave me advice and made a plan with me how to keep my hair healthy and get to the color I want. I will for sure be going back to her for touch ups and hair treatments. The salon was clean , spacious and all the girls there seemed very nice which was a plus top the experience

I'm the type of person who waits entirely too long between haircuts, mainly because of anxiety and…read morethe fact that I'm not very good at making appointments. But I'm supposed to go to a concert tomorrow night, and I really didn't want to show up feeling like a complete geriatrics patient! So today, I literally just "walked in" to this incredible salon, The Hot Seat, without an appointment--and I'm SO glad I did! I was greeted by a very nice lady who, at 5pm, assured me that there was enough room for me. I was then taken care of by two beautiful women, Mariam and Tiffany, and not just one but BOTH of them went to work on my hair. I walked in basically asking for a "Farrah Fawcett," and they absolutely delivered, only better! I've had plenty of haircuts over the years, and while a fresh haircut always feels good, my hair has never felt this good when I've walked out of a salon. It feels bouncy, balanced, light, and somehow just...RIGHT! When I caught my reflection in my car window, I literally thought, "OMG! No way!" I have never been this delighted with a haircut before in my life! When I got home, my family was happily impressed, and my husband not only noticed but was pleasantly surprised-which actually says a lot! And the best part? I was a walk-in! They took me right in, washed my hair with a shampoo made for the Gods, then cut and dried it, and all for an extremely competitive price. They totally made me feel like a rock star! Maybe I will actually get dressed up for the concert after all. Thank you so much, ladies! Mariam and Tiffany, you made my day--and gave me a haircut I absolutely LOVE!

Casey was such a sweet treasure of a soul. She took the time to get to know me, my needs, my personal preference and she listened without judgment!! I brought my own shampoo and conditioner, Casey was so respectful and fairly knowledgeable about the challenges of gray hair and hair loss. I really appreciated how open she was when I shared that I preferred non-toxic, products without harmful chemicals. She even inquired about the products I brought. She took really good care of my hair. She was really easy to talk to. I left loving my haircut!! This was the first time a stylist didn't go to town trying to "layer" my hair to give me volume. I will definitely be back to see Casey!!

Because…read morethis is a spot that many hairdressers utilize independently, there is no central booking option. Not Vagaro, not on the website, and not by phone. I sent an email and also called. I was able to get a receptionist on the phone but because she was new was unable to assist. I was directed to contact the individual hairdressers via Instagram. This required me to follow their page before I could message them. Really, really inefficient. In the meantime, I was able to locate another salon and hairdresser via Vagaro and book an appointment. These professionals may be great, but having an easy way to book will get more clients. In this day and age, the instantaneous booking is the bar and this place doesn't meet it. It is a hurdle/challenge to just get an appointment. I am sure these people are nice and are probably good at what they do.

I don't get my hair done very often, this was only my third time getting my hair done and I unfortunately booked with her for a wedding I had. First of all, I got to my appointment on time, and her friend who also works at the salon asked for a quick blowout, so she took her and wasted 10 minutes of my appointment. Secondly, I have naturally curly hair and blow dried it but my roots curled up as usual. She spent 10-15 minutes lecturing me about how my hair isn't properly blow dried, and that she can't work on it. I had also brought extensions THAT WERE ALREADY STRAIGHTENED. She told me to pick another hairstyle that "would take less time." So in the end, I had to change my hairstyle, she put TWO pieces of extensions in, and my hair fell out in maybe an hour. When I asked around about her a few days later, I found out a bunch of other girls had a similar experience, specifically with her rude service. Definitely never coming here again, or reccomending her to anyone.
