This review is SUPER overdue, but I just want to thank Nina for giving me my beautiful brows! This was my first ever experience doing anything to my brows beyond threading, so ombré-powder felt a bit out of depth for me. My biggest concern was that my bare brows were fairly asymmetrical; getting ready/makeup alone used to take me like 30+ min. of just doing brows. ANYWAY, Nina was extremely patient and thorough enough to walk me through the steps not only before we started anything, but also in everything she did throughout the procedure. She takes the time to share her knowledge about how to best frame your face with your eyebrows, and her attention to detail seriously shone during this experience. She may ask you how you normally wear your makeup and what you "envision" for your brows, but she's also more than happy to make recommendations if you're not sure (like with me!). Just don't be afraid to speak up if you want to make any adjustments before she actually starts doing them! Definitely an expert, but she also understands you will have your own preferences too. Nina was extremely accommodating when I told her I didn't want my brows too thick and was happy to re-map/adjust as needed. The very first appointment is approx. 3 hours; touch-up appointment took approx. 1.5 hours - both went by super quick, fairly painless (I do have several tattoos so my threshold may be more tolerable to this), and I absolutely love my brows!! Overall, Nina makes sure you're comfortable at all times, is easy to talk to during the appointment, and has so much talent. Her work has literally helped cut my getting-ready time by 20+ minutes haha - 10/10!! (I'll add pictures when I'm feeling cute again LOL) read more

I waited long enough to post this review. I love my eyebrows! I did the Ombre Powder Brows, I loved the customer service provided by Nina! She's very nice, accommodating, and very good at her job. She doesn't rush the process, she's calm and very detailed. I have a scar and I was worried it wouldn't take the ink in, but I loved the results. Yes, your eyebrows sort of peel, but if you follow her instructions, and are patient the results are worth it. I did my eyebrows middle of June, and I am very pleased and satisfied with my results. I have to book and Zelle in my deposit for my fill in appt. It isn't required honestly, I think they are fine just with the first ombre shading, but I personally just want to have them look even better than they are now.
