Didn't know back then but now I'm convinced those followers were bought to trick customers into thinking she was some famous pro nail artist but she's actually the far opposite from that. I made an appointment and communicated with her via text on the design I wanted. When I drove to the address, it wasn't a nail salon it's actually her home. I thought I had the wrong address. She had a little room set up like a nail salon for one customer. Whatever nbd. She got to my nails and she did not speak one word to me. She kept using hand gestures to which was really rude. Just her whole attitude was off and she didn't seem like she wanted to put in any effort into her work. Needless to say, my nails came out to be nothing close to the design I showed her. It's not even just the design that was off, everything about my nails were just so bad I was embarrassed to show them off. The thickness of the nails, uneven surface, different lengths, shapes, the rhinestone placement were all just so horrible. She charged me $95 for them and makes you pay via venmo. The whole experience was sketch. About a week later, I went to go get my nails re-done at another place, and the nail technicians there all looked at my nails in disgust and asked me who did them and if I had to pay for them.. lol.

The process overall took 2 hours, which is honestly quick for the design I got. The stylist did a beautiful job, and I have no complaints about her work or behavior. I went on 05/01 and it's 05/26 and my nails are still going strong. That's a remarkable time period for an acrylic set. I initially posted a not-so-great review due to the lack of quoting (after asking explicitly for a quote) and the price of the set ($120 before tip). Overall, I feel this is a decent nail salon. The salon itself is absolutely gorgeous, with plenty of seats for pedicures and stations for manicures. However, I think they should put up a website where it lists the prices on the menu (that I received after asking for) as well as the expectations of the visit. I also think it's strange that some nail technicians in the salon wear gloves and others don't. If you're handling bodily fluids and skin, it's probably a great idea to wear medical gloves and change them often. I think the salon did a great job and has good quality nails - I just believe the overall customer experience could be more transparent.

I made a reservation on the website for a Saturday afternoon. I couldn't get to spots together so I called and the girl was so helpful with confirming we could go together. We arrived and got a free beverage which was yummy. I got a flavored tea. The prices are reasonable and cheaper than other salons. The salon is cute and super spacious with plenty of seats. My sister had a thing with her tech cause she didn't ask her which pedi package she wanted. The girl popped an attitude when my sister nicely asked her for the package she wanted. It was weird. I get so frustrated when massages aren't done properly or for the stated length of time. The menu says you get a 7 minute hot stone massage and mine was LITERALLY 45 seconds. I timed it. See photo attached. Like really? Plus the massages for lotion and sugar scrub were also less than 1 minute. We got mani's next and my girl was amazing. She is the manager of the store and so funny. I love how my nails turned out. I also asked for a mani and the dip but she explained they are not included which I learned! She asked how our pedis were and I was truthful. She apologized and ended up giving us a discount which was very sweet.

The next day, the area became painful and started draining what appeared to be pus. I'm now dealing with what seems to be an infection and have to seek medical evaluation. I understand that complications can happen, but I was disappointed by how aggressively my toenail was trimmed. I hope the salon takes extra care when performing pedicures and is more cautious with cuticle and nail work to help prevent this from happening to other customers. I'm sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision.
