I found their company through an extensive online search in August 2020, including Yelp, as I had a unique cleaning situation. I work remotely for a company that had an 11k square foot building that required several cleanings in the final weeks as interior renovations were finishing. I also needed a company that was willing to assist unpacking boxes and helping with "house" set-up, putting items away in rooms, cabinets, drawers. In addition, we needed wash/dry/fold of a large quantity of new bed sheets, bath towels and making up of the beds. Lenora and Herschell were both so wonderful to work with - very personable, professional, punctual and flexible. Lenora is highly organized and and along with Herschell, take personal pride in the work their team performs. They took great care to be sure the facility looked perfect for a scheduled photo & video shot. Plus, the entire team managed this project so graciously while following COVID-19 procedures. Fresh and Clean did such a fantastic job and we were so happy working with the team, that they have been hired on as the facility's permanent cleaning staff. Thank you Fresh and Clean! 5 plus stars!!

There is likely not enough space for me to begin to list the multitude of issues I have had with…read morethis company, but here goes: 1. Several months ago one of their employees went into my master bathroom and shit. When I walked in and I found her shitting in my bathroom, the owner and I discussed it and I requested that the employee not come back to my home to clean and the owner agreed. The company respected that until December I walked out in my living room to see the same cleaner standing in my home and did not even say good morning to me. Now fast forward to January 5, they did it again. Brought the same employee to my home and when I told them that I would not be able to allow her to clean my home, but the other cleaner Alyssa is allowed to come in to clean, Alyssa told me it will just be her cleaning and she went to check in with the office manager Steve. Alyssa came back and said they will have to clean on another day because Steve said she can't do it on her own. They then proceeded to charge my card on-file and indicated that I refused access to the home which I have video recordings from my doorbell that I did not refuse access to Alyssa. They are the ones who refused to allow Alyssa to clean the home alone. 2. Very unprofessional services. They will be in the wrong and not apologize. They no showed on me back on Sept 29, and then gaslit me and said that my schedule got thrown off from vacations that I took several months prior. Up until that time, they were coming for the regular two weeks schedule, so I'm not sure how to schedule worked for several months and then suddenly did not work in Sept. They clearly messed up and had a scheduling error and instead of owning that as any professional Business would do they gaslight costimers. 3. The cleaning services was great in the beginning and then their attention to detail and level of cleaning drastically dropped. They would clean and my bathroom floors would be left completely dirty for several cleanings back to back. They were spraying and washing it down, rather than actually scrubbing it. See photos below. Several other areas of my home would be neglected from basic things like dusting the lights over my kitchen island, blinds, cleaning the backsplash behind my stove, cleaning the range hood, cleaning underneath the kickboards of the cabinet where several food crumbs would remain that my 19 month old daughter would constantly pick up. And there's so much more. 4. They scratched the outside of my new tub in my bathroom with their vacuum. 5. Please note that if you use this company, not only will you get unprofessional services, but they will have a nasty attitude that you are begging them to clean and they are doing you a favor. These are very inexperienced people trying to run a business and doing a very poor job at it. RESPONSE TO THE BUSINESS's REPLY. Using ChatGPT to reply to me is actually amusing and shows that you just don't know what you're doing. You can't even come up with an authentic response and a lack of education in your field. It truly baffles me that they will lie when I have video recordings and I am not bluffing. I just sent them proof that I have a video recordings. I did not address the employee directly. I spoke to the Action manager this morning and I said to her very calmly that I was confused because I had an agreement with the owner Kia for the individual to not return to my property. In fact, my video recording will show that the employee walked away while I was speaking to the acting manager to go back to their car and started cursing, she was the one who used profanities. As far as several site visits, management visiting and quality control, THAT IS A LIE. The owner Kia cleans my home. That's not a site visit, that was her coming every two weeks to clean and she was part of the problem. She's actually the one who did not clean my shower for 3 consecutive cleanings. If a company would lie, knowing that a customer have actual video proof....RUN! These are not the kind of people that you want cleaning your home. And I absolutely use profanity only after they left my property and charged my card today on January 5, 2026. Our long history of text messages conversations history will show that there was never prior any profanities used before that. I also downloaded and saved all video recordings from my camera anytime any discussion took place in my home regarding any issues so I have proof so keep lying and I'll show those as well. ANOTHER UPDATE: Company states that they're immediately refunded me that is a lie. Got an email indicating that I was charged and there is no email indicating that I was refunded and my bank account reflects the same. These people are DANGEROUS !! They are lying, knowing that I can disprove everything that they are saying.

I needed to adjust the time, and had some special requests, but she was more than happy to cater to my needs. She has an awesome personality. Finally - and most importantly, Melinda and her crew get your house CLEAN. I'm a bit of a neat freak, so I'm pretty picky when it comes to paying someone to clean...but they go above and beyond. After sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping, they get to every corner of every room with a brush - literally, a brush. Whatever you catch during the final walk-through that they might've missed (which is barely anything), they fix right away. They use different colored towels for different purposes, so you don't have to worry about a towel that's touched your toilet area touching your countertops. They vacuum under the couch and the couch cushions. They clean all light switches and handles. I can go on and on - let's just say they know what they are doing! I am sure everyone Melinda hires is screened by her high standards, but her crew members Brae and Michael were professional, courteous, and detail-oriented.

She lied about cleaning our new home that was empty with no furniture. My wife and I just bought a home in Conyers GA that we wanted cleaned and disinfected before moving in. She took advantage of us by only providing pics and a video of her only sweeping our floors and a pic of the toilet with blue dye. She didn't clean the front door or swept it clean. I opened all of the windows in our new home and she never cleaned them or the sills. She left them dirty and dusty with bugs still in the window sills, the microwave had no shine or sparkle but was smudged and looked like she used plain water with no cleaning solution at home. She didn't sweeping the bathroom floors or mopped them. She never cleaned the shower and bathtub because the same spiders were in the same spots when we left and she didn't dust anything. She claimed she had OCD and that I'd be really happy with her work. The house didn't even smell fresh or anything. I kept asking her for pics and she only provided what I mentioned above. I wanted to give her a chance and trusted in her to provide a service. Because we had no furniture for her to clean, I asked if she would sweep and clean our garage and she swore she could do that. When I arrived my home, I realized she got me for my money. Money I couldn't afford to waste. We had to clean our own home. She even said she'll come back to make it right. I even sent her pics to show her she lied to me and didn't do what she said. She never showed up or called me to let me know if she couldn't come. She played on my kindness by telling me her daughter was sick. I told her to take care of her first and it was no rush and that I'll be praying for her. She used her child as an excuse to not honor her word. We learned our lesson and won't let this happen ever again. She will reap what she sowed. God has me and my family. I hope it was worth it for her to take from my family. I won't recommend her services nor her husband whom she claims does mouting of ti's and things like that. Tiffany Silguero! Your business will never be successful as long as you're disdishonoring God period. If I can give zero stars, I would! I did my part and paid her and she got over.
