The ultimate breakfast sandwich was great (albeit a bit small) and the coffee was rich and flavorful, though it was a bit too sweet and a little grainy lol (I had a Dirty Harry iced latte). The coffee was much better than a lot of the other local places I've tried however (Better Buzz, Public Square, Holsem, The Livingroom etc). Seems to be a local favorite based off of how busy the drive through was, but the line moved very quickly--much faster than Starbucks does. The baristas seemed very kind too! Gladly took over Butler and I'm so glad they did... it is sooo delicious.. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! They are always so nice and accommodating. I've been here twice and so far I'm loving EVERYTHING that I've tried. Dirty Harry is a must try.. when they told me that it taste like butter beer but with espresso, I say eh why not.. I've tried it once and I'm hooked!!! I got the 16oz with half the sugar and soy milk! It is better than anything I've tried before. Try it and you'll thank me My daughter is more adventurous.. she tried the dark chocolate and the king Kong shakes. And they are both delicious.. the dark chocolate is so good.. I may have to get it with extra shot of espresso for me. She also got the avocado bagel with the everything bagel and that it such a bomb combo!! If you haven't tried it, you should. I bought a Gladly Avocado Bagel this morning through the drive thru. I had asked for no strawberries. All I got was the bagel, avocado, and strawberries. The bagel was missing the cream cheese, red pepper flakes, and the drizzle of balsamic and pomegranate molasses. So I paid for something and got nothing expect the thing I asked to be taken out. Honestly, I've tried multiple time with these people. The keyword is quality control. Owner years ago made a fuss about wanting apple juice without ice. I didn't go back for a year. Every time I go, I order a sandwich from the cheese that wasn't taken off or they've gotten the wrong. Recently I went and ordered a cheese and jalapeño bagel to my bagel with cheese and jalapeño. I'm allergic to sesame seeds. no problem. Customer service on that particular occasion was pretty good. I give it another shot the next day order veggie sandwich. Not once in my life ordering a bagel have I ever got mayonnaise on my? I have never gotten mayo on top of my cream cheese. Disgustingly disturbing, I will not be returning. read more

I am SO going back again! Drive Thru, bomb breakfast sandwiches and great coffee! It's by the 94 and isn't close to me but worth the drive. There are a few parking spots by it if you prefer to go inside but I swear drive thru is super fast! I got the salted caramel macchiato and Chipotle BLTA bagel and it was Delicious! The salted caramel was the perfect amount if sweetness without being overly sugary and the sandwich isn't spicy but definitely full of flavor. Highly recommend this place. Also... their Iced Mocha is great too! It didn't have that terrible chocolate syrup taste. It had tiny mocha pieces at the bottom of my drink. Staff is consistently kind and had upbeat personalities. My secret-not so secret, coffee shop that I will stop at whenever I'm NEAR the 94. Gladly, once known as Butlers Coffee, is an amazing coffee shop nestled in Spring Valley. I stumbled upon this place in accident & have never once looked back. Ample parking space, quick service and a drive-thru. I normally order the iced Mexican mocha & can't forget about the cobbler oats! The cobbler oats are oatmeal, peanut butter (or almond butter), and berries. So simple but SO delicious & a great breakfast treat. Do you else a favor & visit this coffee shop- it's also great for doing work, just hanging out or drinking your coffee inside. Definitely don't ask when the inside will be open as you will just get attitude from the workers there. The inside has been closed for "renovations" since COVID. The line for drive through gets so long customers get in fights because they get cut in line. Also the line gets so long it's backing up traffic into the road which is very dangerous and unsafe . We drove by and the drive thru was packed so we decided we needed to try it. We made the mistake of walking inside because the inside was actually closed due to renovations (April '24). Oops. Drive thru was open, though and we ordered 2 lattes: Dirty Harry latte & Bee's Knees latte. They were both delicious. We have our Nespresso machine at home so don't get coffee out often but when you want a coffee that's also a treat finding a cafe like Gladly is really nice. We enjoyed our drinks and look forward to trying the food one day and also look forward to eating in the cafe when the work is done. read more

First time here this morning and WOW!!! I am coming back here more! Whoever was on the drive-thru speaker was super sweet and shared their specials. I ordered the sausage egg and cheese sandwich but sub for an everything bagel add cream cheese and the housemade chipotle sauce and you got yourself a BOMB breakfast!
