I was recommended here by a friend and came on a Sunday and the drive thru line was insane. It like wrapped around. So I parked thinking I could go in but the inside was closed. Not sure if it's every Sunday or just that day. I was sad to leave and not get to try. I came back today a Friday morning and the line was just as long. I opted to go in and so glad I did. I ordered the white chocolate mocha blended cold brew with caramel drizzle and it was so good! Now I understand the long lines! They have so many good drink and food options to select from. The inside is so cute and so perfect to catch up with a friend or on work emails or just relax and enjoy a coffee. The workers were friendly and fast. I waited maybe 5 minutes for my drink. The inside was pretty busy as well. This is definitely somewhere I plan to come back to again.

i love this coffee shop, out of all the times i've gone i've never been disappointed, and the workers are always very kind. They have a great working environment, and have comfortable seating options, they overall just have a very cute and cozy vibe, and also sell merch if your interested in that. The drinks are amazing and to die for, the red velvet iced mocha is amazing and has a perfect balance of flavors. they also have very tasty food options and their grilled cheese is amazing, it has the perfect amount of cheese and overall just an amazing flavor, i would 1000% recommend this place any day:)

This is probably my 3/4th visit. Every single drink I've gotten from here never disappoints. From the banana espresso, to the chocolate shake, mochas and the cookie butter chai I had today - so good! And the service is always pleasant, so far always friendly ! The food is very good too, have no complaints. I will say the sausage in the breakfast sandwich is too sweet. But the steak Sammy's are very good! This place is definitely chill vibes! Would definitely come here again and again! (Especially love the drive thru!)

I don't even know where to begin, everything we ordered was top-notch. Every single coffee and dish was amazing, and I'll definitely be coming back. The seasonal menu was incredible, and honestly, I wish I could give more than five stars. And the tater tots? Absolute fire. Highly recommend checking this place out if you're in the area, don't sleep on this place!

Two girls clearly that didn't go through the drive through to get their food or drinks... but yet I was told Only drive through way open..

Came on Mother's Day.... Because I was really Looking forward to grabbing some coffee on my day... I guess they didn't have the inside open only drive way... tried to come inside to order a drink because I didn't know but I guess they weren't open inside... I seen two people outside so I didn't think there were close.. the lady seemed to have gotten drinks for these people who were clearly not in the drive through either... the lady sees that I clearly got dropped off with my daughter but yet seemed to have gotten a drink for these people... (as we walked up she was taking there order) so that's why we proceeded to walk up because the lady was taking there order... the lady didn't even apologized or say anything to me... she has black hair and her hair in a bun.. she comes to give the people there drinks and food BUT WERE CLEARLY NOT IN THE DRIVE THROUGH LIKE SHE TOLD ME.... Super sad because it's Mother's Day and the worked clearly didn't care at all to even say sorry Used to love this place but after this never AGAIN. My daughter made a comment about it being open inside because she saw the worker bring two girls there food and drinks.. she just gives my daughter a really mean look instead of just saying I'm so sorry... obviously there was an exception for these people but not everybody... so sad the way the worker talked us and looked at my daughter Used to love this place but never again... She could have easily explained the situation to us but clearly was annoyed that we tried to walk in Sunday - (DT Only) but clearly you see the people with there food and drinks also this was around 12:30 pm on Sunday

I was looking for a new drive-thru coffee spot and was lucky enough to find this gem pretty close to me. Not only do they have tons of delicious hot and iced drink options, but they also carry the best selection of breakfast and lunch items as well. Everything i've had here so far has been absolutely delicious and I can't help but tell everyone I know about this place. The inside dining is spacious and very modern. The service is always quick as possible and friendly. If you like bold flavors, i'd recommend the BLTA chipotle bagel sammy. Best sandwich i've ever had, hands down. I don't think you could go wrong with anything you choose though. The drive-thru/parking lot situation can be tough on a busy day, since it's tucked in a small corner right off the freeway but it's more than worth it. Don't forget to ask for a punch card to earn free drinks!

Stopped by Gladly Coffee--not really a big coffee guy, but this place surprised me. The Chimichurri steak sandwich was the highlight. Really solid--great flavor, good portion, and cooked right. Stopped by here to get my Grill coffee, did not expect the food to be filling, but it was. Tried the Dirty Harry Latte even though coffee's not really my thing, and it was actually pretty good. Service was great. Overall, came for a quick bite and ended up impressed. Definitely worth it, especially for the food.

My absolute favorite coffee shop! The Dirty Harry shaken espresso is literally the best iced coffee drink I've ever had. It's strong and rich and just perfect. Also, the Breakfast Jack Bagel Sammy will make any sad day a happy one. It's amazing. Definitely try this place if you haven't before!

Didn't get the chance to take a picture of our drinks but we opted for the two most popular: the Peanut Butter latte and the Dirty Harry latte. The peanut butter latte has a very strong flavor and was my favorite out of the two, the Dirty Harry was very rich in flavor and a bit too sweet for my taste. This coffee shop has a drive through that was packed so we ordered inside and they also had a line but it moved quickly. Staff was very friendly despite being busy,the was loud atmosphere but that was to be expected due to the amount of customers for a Saturday morning. Will be back for that peanut butter latte again!

I've been driving this drive-thru for the past 3 years now. I no longer live near this location but I still make my way there (that should tell you something!). It has been a drive-thru since I remember but officially, this year you can walk in and order! My favorites (in this order) 1. Spicy Jack 2. Dirty Harry Shaken Espresso (1/2 sweet) 3. Bees Knees Latte 4. Cheese Danish (better than Starbucks - way cheaper and wayyyy more cheese in the middle) 5. Oatmeal with berries and almond butter As you can see, they have a very extensive menu. You can literally order breakfast, lunch and dinner from here. They also have non-caffeine options such as smoothies. The vibes are chill inside. You see a wide range of ages, from teens to older adults. The inside renovations are pretty planty-modern and they also have outdoor seating. Service is quick and always friendly. I've never had an issue with my order and its always done the same exact way. Highly recommend!! It's like a hidden gem.

Just tried Gladly Coffee and it absolutely delivered. The Chimichurri steak sandwich was packed with flavor, perfectly cooked, juicy, and balanced with that fresh, herby kick. And the Dirty Harry Latte? Easily one of the best specialty lattes I've had, rich, bold, and just the right amount of indulgent. Great food, great coffee, and an all-around solid experience. Definitely coming back.

Pumpkin chai. Love my seasonal drinks and this did it for me.

We drove by and the drive thru was packed so we decided we needed to try it. We made the mistake of walking inside because the inside was actually closed due to renovations (April '24). Oops. Drive thru was open, though and we ordered 2 lattes: Dirty Harry latte & Bee's Knees latte. They were both delicious. We have our Nespresso machine at home so don't get coffee out often but when you want a coffee that's also a treat finding a cafe like Gladly is really nice. We enjoyed our drinks and look forward to trying the food one day and also look forward to eating in the cafe when the work is done. read more

Tier 1 establishment Some of the best crafted espresso drinks I've ever had. Always made with care and excellent customer service. Great alternative to Starbucks with a menu that is easy to order from. This review is based purely on coffee. Haven't made it to try and of the food yet. read more

This place is a hidden gem, and it hits. Prices are on point.. and they open hella early. Food is simple, yet what you get for your dollar is well worth it. The service is better than Starbucks... it's drive thru only, which is great because I don't like people as is. Sweet location. read more

The une drink was honestly nasty would not recommend, however the Dirty Harry was pretty good. Matcha was alright I think it needed to be whisked more because it had a bunch of clumps. read more

First time here this morning and WOW!!! I am coming back here more! Whoever was on the drive-thru speaker was super sweet and shared their specials. I ordered the sausage egg and cheese sandwich but sub for an everything bagel add cream cheese and the housemade chipotle sauce and you got yourself a BOMB breakfast! You are welcome ;) The service was really fast for a drive-thru and My max got his first-ever pup cup, thank you for the great start to our day and we will be back! I was looking forward to eating inside but sadly its under renovation, so we hope to see the inside soon too :) read more

We ordered a Dirty Harry cold brew and a pumpkin latte. Both drinks were very good! We were confused about the Dirty Harry listed as "blended" when it was just coffee on ice (not a blended drink you would see at other coffee shops). This was perfectly fine with us but the barista made a point to tell us it was blended but it wasn't (?). The shop was closed to order inside due to remodeling but it was cute inside the last time I was here and there was ample sitting room. I can't wait to return! read more

I have a love/hate relationship with this coffee shop. I'm not a coffee drink so I go here for the breakfast sandwiches and the hot chocolate. Everything is delicious. My only complaint is that they NEVER get my order right! I always order the SAME thing but they just can't seem to ever get it right. They do fix it after I tell them. Today I didn't bother. But I think next time I go I will try and order inside rather than the drive thru. There are always huge lines in the drive thru but it always goes super fast. I do recommend this place. Just double check your order before you leave! read more

Infinite stars!!! The Peanut Butter Latte is one of the tastiest lattes I have EVER had. I will be dreaming about this latte. The Mr. Avo sandwich was also delightful. The employees were kind, helpful, and very fast. The drive-thru was busy but moved quickly. I will absolutely be returning. The prices are also great. Two sandwiches and a coffee for $25. Been there over 100 times, unfortunately thats it. What made this place do great was the customer service and consistency. I came at 530am last week and you can tell the girl was in a bad mood. She also got my drink wrong, but the label was right. Today I ordered two drinks, and tried to use my stamp card to pay for one drink and cash for other. The stamp card had to be used for the next drink. I've used the stamp card the same visit when buying 2 drinks, dozens of time but not today. I only had enough cash on me for one drink was going to use the stamp card for the other but not today. I left with only one drink. There's plenty of other coffee shops on my route to work to go to. This won't be one of them. read more

The coffee is great, but allowing cars to cut ahead of the line is CRAZY. They should only have one way for the drive through. Waiting in line for 20 minutes to allow someone to cut ahead of me. read more

Just drove a good 15 mins to check this place out due to the positive reviews. It was a bit weird to see how quickly I got my food (about 1 minute after ordering) and then I realized it was pre-made and sitting out. I ordered a bacon breakfast sandwich and the bread was so stale I could hardly bite into it, the bacon was soggy, and the sandwich was kids sized. The aftertaste was so bad, it tasted like they don't clean their grills or whatever they use to cook. This was my first and last time here, you can get fresher food at Jack in the box. read more

I love this place so much! I stopped by once and I've been looking for it ever since. I found it today and ordered a Jack sandwich, replacing the bacon for extra turkey. It was delicious! I also got the regular cookie butter latte. I love that they have so many healthy options. Last time I got an elderberry drink. I want to try the ACV one next time. Honey bee latte and dirty hairy are SO good. Their coffee is sometimes a bit too sweet for me, so I opt for half sweet versions of these, and they're perfect. Every food item I've had on their menu has been delicious. And, the service is always top tier. Love Gladly!! read more

I used to love this place. They had great coffee and awesome sandwiches. Today I ordered an iced americano and it tasted straight burnt (not just the dark roast taste) actually burnt coffee beans. The turkey sandwich is also really small from what it used to be. crazy, I was still hungry after. The last time I came was 6 months ago from today , a lot has changed :( read more

I don't normally leave reviews but I saw Dillon T's 1-star review from 11/29 and had to do my part to counter that. I've been to Gladly at least 100 times in the last two years (I live in La Mesa) and I can say with 100% confidence that I've never had bad customer service or received a negative attitude from any staff member at Gladly. They've always been helpful and polite. I'd also like to add that they've NEVER gotten my order wrong, which I can't say for nearly every other place I've ordered food/coffee from in recent memory. The coffee here is fantastic, the food is delicious (I've gotten several different breakfast sandwiches and they always taste fresh and like something I'd make at home; try their everything bagel w/ avocado, cream cheese and bacon *chef's kiss*) and they have a drive-thru. Can't beat that. A year after I started going here, I switched to decaf (thanks HBP) and they use decaf espresso, which tastes about a million times better than the alternative. Don't let negative nancy Dillon T dissuade you, Gladly is awesome and by far the best coffee shop in the area. read more

I was NOT expecting a lot and was so happily surprised. Drive thru only, but even on a weekend morning, they were quick and the food was amazing. I got the pesto melt and my husband got the Mr. Avo and we loved both. Def will be back. Service was sooo friendly too! read more

There are three main things I look for in a coffee shop... 1) good coffee 2) great customer service 3) optionality for ordering And I'm excited to tell you this place does all 3! My wife and I got the Bees Knees and the Dirty Hairy latte and both were and keep us coming back! One of the owners (Katie who is pictured) was extremely knowledgeable, sweet, and was respectful In this time of needed convenience, their drive-thru, which is right off the freeway, was so smooth and quick. will be my new coffee spot when in the area read more

As much as I want to support a local business, the coffee here is waaaaaaay too sweet. There isn't much in the menu that isn't packed with sugar and you can't customize your order to adjust it either. I want to love this place! It's so cute. Sad to say it just doesn't cut the mustard. read more

Best coffee in Spring Valley! This coffee shop is on my way to work, so I often stop for their iced salted caramel latte- it's delicious! I've tried a few other drinks & they are all good, the salvaged caramel latte is my fav. Their açaí bowls are really good too! The drive thru service is exceptional and speedy. read more

I absolutely love Gladly Coffee! They open super early (most days 5:30 AM), which is perfect when I need coffee before the sun's even up. The coffee is always spot-on, and their food is way better than your average coffee shop--think tasty breakfast sandwiches and avocado toast that actually hit the spot. The people at the window are always so friendly too--it's the kind of place that makes your morning better just by stopping by. The only thing I wish they had is the option to tip on a credit card. I usually have to remember to keep some cash in the car so I can tip the awesome staff (they definitely deserve it). Overall though, Gladly Coffee is hands-down one of my favorite spots. Well, i do like gladys coffee,,, but this sucks because I ordered a pumpkin chai latte and a pecan pumpkin praline. Font know how they figured that out, but chai don't sound like pecan praline-doesn't . pumpkin chai latte, they hot the pumpkin correct, failed after that . And the worst thing about this, they don't pick up their phone. If you try to call their phone , its impossible to leave a message when you call their phone.. geeez!
