I am pretty torn writing this, because I was a regular customer of Tierra Eco Cleaning for nearly 4…read moreyears. Throughout the 4 years, they did a good job, when they came. They are pretty unreliable and even after repeated requests to give me a 2-3 day heads up before they came through the years, they would continue to send me confirmations the evening before an 8am call time. I let it go and continued to use them after so many years because I genuinely liked Rosa and her team, and thought they did a good job 90% of the time. It became super inconvenient since I started to work from home over COVID-19. Rosa became SUPER unresponsive to texts. Before she would at least answer me a couple days after I texted her to schedule, now, after COVID-19, she only responds a month later for an appointment for the next morning. I don't understand how anyone can schedule with her consistently because of these communication issues. I tried addressing it with her multiple times and even said if you just schedule me every month on the same day, that would even work better so I can know when they are coming ahead of time. She responded right away after this last message and said she would look at her schedule the next day and work on the communication issue. She hasn't followed up with her schedule and it has been several months now. So needless to say, she lost a monthly customer. I also referred a few friends to her and embarrassingly, she no showed on them! Not worth the time, stress, or hassle in trying to get her to come.

I can honestly say that this was the best cleaning job I've ever had done, and I've had 7 other…read morecleaners here in the last several years (it is NOT easy to find a quality cleaner, my home/office requires a 'white-glove' clean as i have to keep it spotless for clients- Rosa and her daughters totally delivered and then some). Also Rosa just has a great, comfortable 'vibe', her daughters are adorable and all 3 did an IMPECCABLE job. In fact, they even vacuumed completely under the bed. I did not expect that as its a large bed and no other cleaner has done that (nor did I ask). Rosa says that she enjoys cleaning- I believe this to be true. She obviously takes great pride in her work and is most pleasant to be around. They also did that fancy thing with folding the toilet paper like they do in upscale hotels (it was a nice touch!), not to mention she showed up exactly on time. I'm not a real stickler for that but definitely took notice. Rosa and her girls get my highest possible recommendation. And honestly I'm relieved because I tried 4 other cleaners from this site, 3 of which left much to be desired (i had to finish the cleaning) and the 4th did a very good job but then blew off our second appointment. You would be very hard pressed to find a better housecleaning team than Tierra Eco Cleaning Service, and her price for the level of quality provided simply cannot be beat. Need I say more?

I hired Mariah to do a very detailed move in clean on my home we purchased in Washington state. The house had sat vacant for 1 1/2ys and was very dirty from years of neglect. She did an exceptional job! It had Very old appliances from the 80's look brand new. I've never known any cleaning service in all my years of using them that can get things looking brand new. The refrigerator was immaculate along with all the other appliances in my kitchen. The wood & tile floors were spotless. All the baseboards showed no dirt or dust anywhere. The tub, showers, toilets, countertops etc looked brand new. I'm have an extremely detailed eye and expect a lot and was totally blown away by her cleaning abilities and what she expects from her people. Mariah is a wonderful person with a good heart. Her employees really respect her. My home is 3600 sq ft, 4 bedrooms 2 1/2 baths with a very large kitchen, living room, den, dining etc. It took her and her team of 5, 3 days to finish which was in perfect timing for the delivery of our household goods. I have kept Mariahs Cleaning Service for my every two week maintenance cleans and strongly recommend her company to you. Mahalo Mariah for your professionalism and hard work. My family and I appreciate you! Description of work: I was in desperate need of a detail clean of a neglected home we just purchased which stood vacant for 1 1/2 years. Work had been done in the home to prepare it for sale but all the cabinets, appliances, floors, bathrooms etc needed a deep clean that would revive them as if almost new. I hired Mariah's Cleaning Service because she spent much time on the phone with me as I took photos of the areas that needed to be cleaned. She was quick to respond in the right amount of time for my family and I to move in.

We really tried to give this cleaning service a fair chance, but the quality was never there. Our…read morehome is only about 700 to 800 square feet, and even after increasing the cleaning time from 2 hours to 3 hours, the house still wasn't clean. There were always cobwebs and dust left around the house, the kitchen rug was never vacuumed even though we asked every time, and simple notes were misunderstood. We asked for the stove to be cleaned and she cleaned the oven instead, which felt like wasted time. This was with biweekly cleanings, so it wasn't like she was walking into a home that had been neglected. At the very first cleaning, we pointed out that there was spaghetti sauce on the wall in the bathroom and expected it to be cleaned. When it was missed and we asked about it, she said she thought we were joking. There was no reason for us to joke about that, and it showed us that instructions were not being taken seriously from the start. We were told when we signed up that if we ever needed a quick, last-minute cleaning, all we had to do was ask. When we actually requested a same-day 2 hour cleaning, we were made to feel like 2 hours wasn't worth their time or travel, which went against what we were originally told. The house also didn't smell clean after cleanings because the cleaner herself had a strong body odor that lingered in the house. Our last appointment was a no call, no show, and later we were told they were out of town at a dog show. That was the final straw. We can clean our home ourselves in about an hour and do a much better job. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this service. Edit: you did offer a free cleaning. But why would I expect you to do a better job cleaning for free vs when I was paying for it? Your time to shine and retain me as a customer was when I was paying for your services, not after I fired you. You've already shown me the quality of service that you have to offer. There's no reason to waste anyone's time with a "free cleaning". I've been getting the "free cleaning" quality the entire time. And not once were we ever given a reminder text about our appointment. I had to reach out every time to confirm our appointment. While communicating with Betty it was always very short answers. Sometimes just no response at all. The lack of communication and quality of service makes is nit good for business

None of my windows were even touched, my stove was not cleaned, under the beds and couch was not vacuumed or mopped, my shower was not cleaned, the outside of the toilet was left as is, there are still spots on my floor after they mopped, cobwebs on the walls after they dusted. The list goes on. If I knew this is what I would be paying for, I'd just have done the work myself like I typically do. Most of cleaning services charge by hours. Wellspring charge by square feet, and they won't leave your house until every square foot that you pay for is cleaned (their words, not mine :D) I love how I was able to customize what needed to be cleaned, since my whole house is pretty well maintained most of the time, yet deep-cleaning is so time-consuming and that's why I need professional help, especially for areas where I can't deep clean myself (grout, bathroom tiles...) After a phone consultation with the office manager Linh, I've got an in-home estimate with the lead technician Athena. We walked through the house and I told them what rooms needed to be cleaned, the areas that bother me the most, which are tiles/ grouts. They are good to assure me that they will be cleaned, and wow they delivered the promises. My house was so clean that I forgot to write a review right away, until the mess started to build up again and made me thinking of them :) The day of cleaning, they showed up in uniforms, with equipment- cleaners organized/ labeled so neatly that I only see from Pinterest. The crew began working, and at the end, Athena did a final sign off around the house with me to make sure I was satisfied and all items are checked. After I pointed out a few areas that got neglected, they went back to work until all issues are addressed. They didn't leave my house until 7pm that day, till my house was all clean. I'm truly impressed with their dedication and professionalism. Will be a returned customer for sure :)
