While the service was good, it was also pretty slow and the restaurant overall wasn't the cleanest. I did enjoy the fact that they really leaned into their theme, especially with the menu and the decor. it was definitely consistent. My brother and I both got Burger combos and felt that the food was pretty good but also really heavy. I wasn't a huge fan of the style of fries they chose or the coleslaw that they gave on the side. I think the coleslaw was made ahead of time and was sitting out because it did not look the freshest. Overall it was worth a try but I don't think I'll be back.

They grill everything fresh so I recommend that if you're grabbing your food to go so you don't have to wait there. The inside is pretty cool. It's music themed on the inside and the menu also takes the same inspiration. There are floating lit-up drums in the air! They were also playing some top 40 bangers which was fun. The burgers were good! The burgers are smash style but a little bit thicker than I would have expected. The Pop Burger was filled with oozing cheese that I couldn't say no to. I also got an extra slice of cheese on the top. I was a little surprised that it wasn't too salty. They have a special Burgertone sauce which I got on my burger. I think this helped ensure that it wasn't dry. I got to try a bit of my partner's Nutella Milkshake which was super good. A perfect way to cap off a savory dinner.

Last time I had the same & it was delicious! They missed the mushroom sauce all together & the schnitzel was burnt on one side!? This is one of the main components of this meal, the sauce! It's the "Jagar" in "Jagerschnitzel"! The veggies were undercooked & the potatoes were cold. Our server "Alyssa" was very nice but she totally dropped the ball for our table. Missed ingredients, cold potatoes. Not good. A server is supposed to be the last line of defence between the kitchen & a bad meal. This was a bad meal & our server didn't catch it. I have to say that I'll reconsider before I drive 70 Km'a return to go there again.

Maybe if I went into the actual restaurant I'd eat here again because I'd be able to make sure that they made my burger right.

Each bite was a perfect combination of savory, spicy, and sloppy - everything you look for in a fantastic burger. The fries were golden, crispy, and well-seasoned; there's no need for ketchup unless you're a die-hard dipper. My kids ordered the Chicken Tender Platter with Fries.
