How many owners of companies personally call you on a Saturday to answer your question? These people have a great product and go above and beyond to help you out. If it was not on our card we would not have stopped. What a fun local treasure! Met Hondo, the owner and brew master who sat down as we discussed the beers. All named after dog breeds except for Dexter's double chocolate porter, that's named after the owner's dog. Met Dexter who was hanging out on the couch. Grabbed a $8 flight of four pours and watched the locals who came in to watch the Blazers game. Good, local vibes, a genuine hidden treasure here in Astoria! Tried 4 dark beers, Dexter's double chocolate porter, Pitbull oak stout, Hellhound mocha stout and Doberman dunkel. The dunkel was lighter and sweeter than most. The winner was Dexter' s double chocolate porter! Rich, smooth, and chocolatey!
