The worst contractor experience I've ever had. The project was left incomplete and ultimately…read moreabandoned midway through. I hired them to paint several rooms and install a wallpaper accent wall. The wallpaper installation was done poorly--the pattern didn't come close to lining up, making the result look unprofessional. They acknowledged the issue and agreed to repurchase the wallpaper and redo the work, but then failed to follow through properly. They didn't purchase enough materials and left the job unfinished. Communication was just as frustrating. Partway through the project, Diego stopped responding entirely. I spent months calling and texting to try to resolve the situation and align on next steps. Eventually, someone claiming to be his assistant contacted me via WhatsApp to say he would not be calling me back. Overall, the lack of workmanship, accountability, and communication made this an extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend using this contractor.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Melva and her team for a complete apartment remodel,…read moreand I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, their team demonstrated professionalism and expertise. I had contracted them before for a flooring project and I was impressed with their work so when it was time for a new project, I knew I would be in great hands with Miami Floors and Bath. The attention to detail in every aspect of the remodel was impressive. Also, the project was completed on schedule, which was something really important to me as I was in Miami for only a limited time. Their commitment to meeting deadlines without compromising quality is commendable. Throughout the process, they kept me informed about progress, any unexpected challenges, and potential solutions. When there is a problem, they offer a solution and that's a great quality of this team. The crew was skilled, respectful, and tidy. They treated the apartment as if it were their own. The new flooring, updated kitchen, and stylish bathrooms exceeded my expectations. I couldn't be happier with the results. As a repeat customer, I can say this is my go to company from now on.

I knew exactly what I wanted and she helped bring my vision to life. They also made my laundry room cabinets and countertop and converted a small matching closet across the hall from laundry into a doggie area, drop zone. The installation was also very professional and they spent a lot of effort to ensure everything was satisfactory. I returned today to have a closet designed. Looking forward to that getting installed too, which should be within a week!! I highly recommend Artemisa!

While expensive, they provided good quality and installation. However, when I later returned to them in order to build 3 small 1 inch and a half floating shelves they wanted to charge me over $300 without installation which is offensively overpriced. Not to mention that after already spending over $3,000 with them, one would expect them to cut you a discount given that you came back to their business on two separate occasions. Nevertheless, they didn't seem to ever return my calls or follow up with me except telling me that the previous girl I spoke with Jenny quit in November. Only causing more confusion rather than solutions to my query. To this day as you can see in the picture of the kitchen, on the right corner I have yet to get my 3 floating small shelves despite that their Yelp page clearly states they do fine carpentry. So these shelves should've been an easy quick job given its size and scope. Hopefully the owner Damien who was very nice and did the measurements of my bathroom will see this review and kindly reach out in order to rectify this long overdue customer experience dating back since August 2018.

I'm having to try and fix the splintering weekly with superglue just to hold it together. Don't recommend this place what so ever unless you like to waste your money and time.
