I spoke with him directly on the phone and scheduled an appointment -- no secretary run-around. My experience of him was that he was a man of great integrity that I could trust. I had a transmission problem that he found a cheap solution for and now my transmission works great. Even topped my fluids and resolved some minor problems for me without charge. He's more like a neighborhood friend who I feel I can turn to for advice and help if I ever have any car problems. I'm certain you'd feel the same when you bring your car into his shop!

They are not willing to work with their customer, and have an attitude that makes it impossible to be reasonable. Only after telling them that I will get my legal counsel involved were they willing to "work with me". I'd rather wait a bit longer, but get what was ordered (all of it) and at the price that was quoted to me. Being an owner of a commercial fleet, we have done business with other shops and I have never had this kind of treatment from any other shop.

But hey, the guy who hit me paid for it, so I couldn't really do much about it. Then I took my car to Baha Auto Body, and WOW. They fixed everything. The paint is perfect. The trunk lid? Fits like it's brand new. They went above and beyond to fix the mistakes of the other shop. It's like my car is brand new again, folks--better than ever. Absolutely fantastic work.
