The salmon on the special menu was great, cook with shrimp, and the creamy sauce was very lovely. It's probably the best salmon I had in a while. Chicken parmigiano was good too. We enjoyed the Tiramisu as well. The floor was very sticky and slippery though, I felt I had to be very careful to not to fall.

He mentioned that they might have been a little short-handed and apologized that he felt he couldn't be as attentive as he normally would be, but honestly, we never would have known. He did an excellent job keeping our water glasses full and making sure we were taken care of throughout the evening. At our table, we ordered the Chicken al Pastaio, Spaghetti Carbonara, Gnocchi Romana, and I had the Chicken Parmigiano. Every dish was excellent. I sampled a few bites from the other plates and genuinely enjoyed all of them. The real highlight for me, though, was the Beggar's Purse appetizer. It was pasta filled with goat cheese and pear, and it was absolutely divine. I can completely understand why they also offer it as a main course because I could have happily eaten an entire plate of it. For dessert, we shared cheesecake and tiramisu. The cheesecake was more traditional than what you'd typically get at places like The Cheesecake Factory, which caught me a little off guard at first, but it was still excellent. The tiramisu was also delicious, and we all got a good laugh when one of our guests accidentally inhaled a little cocoa powder off the top and started coughing and sneezing at the table. It honestly just added to the fun of the evening. At the end of the night, nothing we ordered disappointed, the service was wonderful, and it turned out to be a perfect place to celebrate a special occasion. We'll definitely be back.

This shoppe offers more of a hands on, expert experience, again with the opportunity to sample first. The atmosphere is very relaxing. No pressure. Soak up the ambiance and the aroma. We, my coworker helped me set things up as I was in the meeting, she opened everything and set things out. All of a sudden, everyone in the meeting looked puzzled. What is that smell? I finished my statement and I went to assist with setting things out. What is that smell? I thought it came from a co worker sitting next to me . I went in the other room to dis over that it was the veggie tray that I had just purchased. The veggies did not look old or anything, which is why I selected it. Of course I am now the joke in the office, but maybe they won't ask me to bring anything else . Of course I returned to veggie tray to the store and yes I did ope it so they could smell it too. Kroger is a reputable store, but I will be real careful about what I purchase at this location as it is closest to my home. This was a very disappointing experience. That's the type of drink we got. It was all regular ice. The kind of ice that dilutes your drink, not the ice block you expect in an old fashioned. When we let the waitress know that the drink tasted something like a whiskey flavored Buble or Lecroix she took it to the bartender. He said only the "smoked old fashioned" get the nice ice. Because they don't want to run out. Run out of frozen water.. at a whiskey bar....Mind you there was two people outside and maybe two tables inside at 7PM on a Sunday. Anyways we declined to order food and went across the street to Sidecar and ordered and old fashioned where apparently they aren't experiencing a frozen water shortage.
