It was a recorded message that lasted forever, "while I'm waiting" trying to sell bs promotional offers and once I got to the end of about 15 "offers" it said that number was no longer in use and recited yet another number to call which wasn't valid. Finally i went to the Kroger website to bitch and called the customer service line - And a super sweetheart answered - I was forwarded to someone that could use the gift card and receipt info I had to bring up the PIN number. For real.... if it were your money you'd not be happy to be told "all gift card purchases are final".
