Giovanni's really came through for my family when we were in a pinch. Men's Wearhouse had screwed up the tailoring on my seven year old son's tuxedo, and we had no time to get it fixed. The clock was literally ticking! We called Giovanni's and they told us to come by asap and they would get us sorted out. They fixed the tailoring on his jacket, rented us a pair of tailored pants that fit and matched the jacket, and made sure he was good to go, all within 20 minutes tops. Very personal approach and it was such a relief to have what was initially a very stressful experience turn into such a positive one. Was looking for a tux rental for my son for his HS junior prom. We wandered in on a busy afternoon without a reservation. But my son found found just the right style and colors he wanted. The staff was professional and super nice, got him measured for alterations in a snap. Tux and accessories were ready-to- go on pickup day, everything was perfect. Giovanni's saved the day! My husband and I flew into Syracuse for our youngest daughters wedding, however my husbands luggage didn't arrive with us. The Father of the Bride didn't have his suit. We went to Giovanni's and within an hour we walked out with a suit on the day before the wedding. They were so nice and so very helpful. If you are in the Syracuse area and need a suit or tuxedo- Giovanni's is the place to go, they are a family owned business (not a chain store) and they genuinely care about their customers. Great place! Good Tuxes, and great customer service. I forgot a paper I was supposed to bring one time, and had trouble with a credit card, and they were very understanding the whole time. Was referred to Giovanni's by a friend of my girlfriend. It couldnt have been a more pleasant experience. I came in midweek last week, was measured, made decisions on style, and tried on shoes. The following thursday everything was ready, and did my final try-on and everything was as expected. The price was less than everywhere I had looked prior. Giovanni's did our wedding ~10 years ago and their service/quality was excellent. Just recently I required sizing for a rental (at another business) and the staff spent the time with me to make sure that I was getting the proper measurements.
