Our waiter may have been the grandson of one of the owners (not sure). Even though he was young he was very engaging and worked hard to please us. The menu was extensive with every Italian dish imaginable, including pizza. We ordered meat ravioli on spaghetti with homemade red sauce and angel hair pasta with little neck clams in white wine sauce. We had a house salad and the meals came with their homemade cheese bread and marinara. Everything was absolutely delicious. We ate every bite (no leftovers to take home)! We highly recommend Belini Cucina. Wish we lived closer so we could go there often!

It's a nice little restaurant, staff is friendly, and the food is very tasty. I typically like to order the stuffed shells with Alfredo sauce, recently I started adding Italian sausage with it for a little bit or zing and protein. The portions are typically huge and worth the price! The only feedback I can give that stopped this from being a 5* review is that often they are missing ingredients for certain dishes. Last time it was Caesar dressing, one time it was the Italian sausage, and the list goes on. They have a chalk board at the front to show you what items/ingredients they are out of for the day. Regardless, there are enough great recipes that you can absolutely find something that will be just as great.

I truly wanted to give Mr. Gattis 5 stars, I have been eating here since I was young, brought my…read morekids here when they were young, had birthday parties here, little league celebrations here, you name it, but a couple of things kept me from doing so. First the bad: 1. Their prices are outrageous now. I get things have gone up, but two buffets with drinks is almost $30 - how can a family afford to come here now? 2. The employees who were working on Wednesday night were not very friendly, especially the one with long hair wafting in the breeze as he walked around. It really seemed like a bunch of high school boys just goofing off, they barely smiled, and the one seemed to have a chip on his shoulder the size of Mt. Rushmore (the one with long hair). There was one guy who was friendly as we were leaving but I don't know if I saw him prior to that time. Usually there is an extremely nice gentleman working, he always smiles, doesn't know my name but recognizes me from all my years patronizing the restaurant, and he truly is just cheerful and welcoming. Also the owner is super nice. She has done soooo much to continue to update the restaurant, the games, the seats, you name it! Now for the good, actually the great! 1. Per the norm, the restaurant was clean and bright. 2. The food on the buffet was hot, fresh, and always stocked (so even though the boys might have been goof offs they were working on something). The mac and cheese was super fresh and my daughter said it was the best she had ever had there. 3. The games were updated and fun. There was a new VR game and the game room was clean. There was a variety of games for most ages, and everyone seemed to be having fun. 4. The pizza was delicious, and exactly what I expect when I go there. Since moving away, Gattis is one of the go to places as soon as I touch down because it has so many good memories, and it's comfort food. It always sucks when you go back to a place you used to frequent to "relive" a moment and it's not what it once was - but Gattis always delivers and the cheese sticks and pizza are still the same and still great.

I find myself genuinely conflicted when writing this review…read more On one hand, the food was exactly what you would hope for from a fast-casual Italian restaurant. It arrived quickly, was fresh, flavorful, and prepared well. From a food standpoint, there is very little to criticize. Unfortunately, dining out is about more than the food. Throughout our visit, employees in the back of the house made audible comments about customers coming in before closing. Their remarks could be heard clearly throughout the dining room and left little doubt that our presence was viewed as an inconvenience. While I could have easily brushed those comments off, the situation affected my young daughter, who had been excited all day to go out to dinner with her dad. Watching that excitement turn into disappointment was genuinely upsetting. What made the experience even more disappointing was that we were not the only customers subjected to it. A couple who came in after us ultimately chose to eat outside after hearing the comments, and a group of softball players arrived shortly afterward as well. This is Fazoli's, a quick-service restaurant, not a fine-dining establishment where guests linger for hours. We ordered, enjoyed our meal, cleaned up after ourselves, and were out the door by 9:20 p.m.--a full 40 minutes before closing. We did not create extra work, make unusual requests, or interfere with the staff's closing routine in any way. As a customer, it is difficult to understand what offense was committed by simply dining during posted business hours. Restaurants have every right to establish their operating schedule, but guests should never be made to feel unwelcome for patronizing a business while it is still open. The unfortunate reality is that the food was good. Had the experience been judged solely on what was served, this review would look very different. Instead, what should have been a simple father-daughter dinner became an evening overshadowed by an atmosphere that made customers feel like a burden rather than welcomed guests. If you're considering a late-evening visit, particularly after 9 p.m. on a weekend, I would recommend ordering takeout or choosing another option. The food may satisfy, but based on this experience, the hospitality left a great deal to be desired.

Family ordered a variety of meals. The Trio of Italy with fettuccini Alfredo, chicken parmesian, and lasagna. Ziti rosa, Ziti marinara and a big pepperoni pizza. The dipping bread came out with marinara. It was ok. The salads weren't that exciting either and the blue cheese dressing was truly not great. The potato soup was better but also not remarkable. The mains came quickly and followed suit. Most things weren't bad they just seemed like a knockoff Olive Garden - and that's not exactly great either. The exceptions were the lasagna and chicken parmesan. The lasagna just wasn't good at all and the chicken was overdone and dry. I found the pizza decent, but the rest of the family was less impressed. Our oldest said it reminded her of high school pizza and others reported it was bland. We didn't complain but someone was kind enough to provide a complimentary cheesecake with the sauces. One who sampled it didn't find it to be that wonderful either.

It's comparable to an American Italian chain (it is part of a group that also has several Mexican restaurants) like a combo of an Olive Garden, Artisan Pizza and neighborhood small town pizza shop. Not the best, not comparable to Italian you will find in a larger city, but still good and at a fair price compared to most sit-down restaurant chains. I don't think it would do so well in a tiger city but like many smaller towns they have to make compromises for a smaller audience, and more limited resources. I think they made a good effort and we would come back. The pizza dough was tasty, and sized right for me. The cheesy bread was not so great and too dried out. The salad was simple but adequate. We also ordered bruschetta which was too mild and kind of ordinary but maybe that's what the locals like. Usually there is more seasoning, olive oil in the mix and a more toasted baguette slices.
