The owners and staff were so friendly. They took over from Chez David and made their own renovations, result is an even cozier ambiance and better lightening. I am even more picky about my pastries (other places usually do it way too sweet that is overwhelming the taste) and comparing to the ones I eat when I go back to France, those are the same or even better! Grab yourself some fresh croissants, pains au chocolat and you are all set. Bravo! Je vais ramener ma famille et mes amis chez VOUS.

It gives off old school Florida vibes to me. I checked out their pie and really hoped for different tropical flavors but not really much of that. They did have Key Lime Pie and they kept advertising their Banana Cream Pie(this one was not available as slices. I already knew I wanted coconut cream pie. I didn't love this. It was a small slice with not much coconut flavor for a higher price. I feel like I can definitely make this pie which I have not done so. My husband had the chocolate cream pie. It was okay too, just whole pies at the time I went.) Service was nice and easy.

One side was for breads, pastries, coffee also where you would order. Right next to that was a glass window where you can see all the fresh baked goods being made from scratch. In another area in the back was where you would pick up order for sandwiches etc. On this occasion, I ended up ordering a maple brown sugar iced latte, and also a dulce de Leche Cruffin. The Cruffin was loaded with the ducle de leche it was so good!! The coffee was very smooth. You can definitely tell that they make their syrups from scratch because it wasn't overly sweet or artificial tasting. Definitely will be back to the spot again.

Ham & Cheese Panini, Ham Egg Cheese On Sourdough, Rueben on Sourdough. Three of us were eating there before going to a show. Sadly, sandwiches (while ordered as one order) came one... at... a... time! Ugh!!! Horrible system and expediting by the staff! While sandwiches were "grilled", they were more like soggy and warm, breads not crispy or toasted, and for being $13-$16 each.... terribly assembled and VERY sparse on ingredients! Especially the Rueben and Ham & Cheese Panini. Very disappointed the most with the Rueben! We got 3 pastries to share afterwards, Blueberry Scone (very dry, flavorless), Pan du Chocolate (lightly filled, tough chewy crust), the Bread Pudding (WAS EXCELLENT)! Honestly, all three of us were terribly disappointed, and won't be recommending or returning sadly. Really does bother me that we didn't love it and feel misled by reviews. TCF!!! You let us down, felt bad for my friend who chose it for her birthday celebration lunch before our show.

My food allergies make eating out really difficult and I thought this would be a safe meal. What I received was certainly not a Caprese Salad, and the included salad dressing was surprisingly low quality and not something I can eat. What I got was a Caprese-inspired Salad. The oils that the mushrooms and artichokes were soaked in thankfully flavored up the salad just enough after cutting it all up. Online they show an authentic Caprese Salad, so I was quite confused. I was able to find some potato chips made with olive oil instead of the sunflower seed oil that I'm allergic to. Those were a nice, tasty surprise. The guy running the register was really friendly. The man running the deli side of things, not so much.
