When I sent photos and a video showing what was missed, the owner didn't apologize or offer to fix it properly. Instead, she argued, demanded partial payment for the poor work, and even threatened to contact her attorney when I said I would leave an honest review. That's completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I still paid $100 just to end the situation, but it's unbelievable that a cleaning company would handle things this way. If you value honesty, quality, and professionalism, avoid Victory's Cleaning Service at all costs. There are plenty of great cleaners in the Bay Area who actually stand behind their work -- this is not one of them.

The service needed was two bathrooms and 1 vacant bedroom deep cleaned, plus the exterior of second windows which could be reached from the inside. They completed all of this work in roughly 3 hours, and they made the most of this time, vacuuming and wiping down every surface. At one point I watched as a team member cleaned in the gap between where the hardwood floor and the baseboard should connect, but since it's and older house these had become warped and dirt had gotten between there. In the end all the cleaned areas shined like new. As an added note, we live with two pets, cat and dog and the team was comfortable to work around both animals, who were curious what was going on in the house. I would absolutely hire them again. No headaches with scheduling and well worth the money for the job they did.

Once I disclosed that another company had already cleaned the room, I was told they do not like taking jobs previously cleaned by other companies and that I should ask the original cleaners to come back instead. The response honestly felt dismissive, and almost as if they no longer wanted the job because I had not chosen their company first. What confused me most is that the room still clearly needed cleaning regardless. It also left me wondering whether they would have accepted the job normally if I had simply never mentioned that another cleaner had already been there.
