The people were very friendly and accommodating to our schedule and were able to provide a loaner car. The time in the shop was exactly what they promised, thank goodness because I had to drive to Maine the next day! My husband's car died on the road and Gino's was called to tow it to our home and my husband. I can only say Thank You(forgive I should have written names down) The tow truck driver was wonderful with both my car and my husband. I cannot recommend Gino's enough and would urge anyone that needs auto body work to go there!! They are 10 starts in my opinion. From the moment I called after I had an accident to the moment I picked up my truck, everyone at Gino's was professional, helpful, proactive and caring! They did their best to return the vehicle to perfect condition and kept in touch with me along the way. They dealt with my insurance company directly and worked hard to get parts which isn't easy right now. We have used Gino's several times over the past years, and every time it has been positive. With new leadership it is equally amazing. My car was towed to Gino 's after being in a minor accident. Smashed windshield and minor work underneath. When I went to talk about fixing it, the drivers side door and front fender were dented pretty bad. After having a argument with the office manager (I think) he told me if I wanted to take it somewhere else, I could. I would never refer anyone to them. read more

I would not recommend Ginos to anyone. He is unethical. I brought a brand new car to his shop for some body work. The job took a while because the parts needed to arrive from Germany. During that time he joy rided the car and put 200 miles on it. A formal complaint will be filed. read more

I'm writing a review because I'd be doing a disservice to anyone who has not experienced how wonderful Gino's is! I waited almost 3 years to get a scratch fixed. When I finally bit the bullet, I was referred here through insurance. He came in on his day off because of my difficult work schedule to do the estimate. When I did not bring it back right away to get fixed, he gave courtesy calls that weren't annoying rather kept me reassured the process wouldn't take long and would be easy. It totally was! Enterprise picked me up right there and I was able to leave it at Gino's when my car was ready, which was again on his day off. No one loves having to get their car fixed but going to Gino's made me realize it does not have to be a difficult process and can actually be quite pleasant when you find the right garage. Unfortunately I have been in a few accidents (none my fault) and through an old friend who lived around the corner was introduced to Gino. Not only have I come here on the 2-3 occasions no matter how big or small Gino always took care of me. I have brought numerous family members (my father, older & younger brother) & friends (and their family members also) here and we all agree that Gino does a fantastic job from start to finish. He does a marvelous job through and through and it is a bit of a drive from home, but I don't trust anyone else dealing with my vehicle in this situation.
