She purposely slowed the process and then looked to her co-worker for an endorsement to her ugly behavior. I patiently waited for her to finish and went to my car. She looked out of the window and laughed at me. Annoyed by this I returned into the store, and asked her what was so humorous. She stated that asking her to speed up was an insult. I asked for a manager and the manager did nothing more than defend the rude unprofessional behavior of the employee.
