I asked to speak to a manager being I had a very big event to attend for my daughter it was a very special day for her. I went to grab what she wanted and rushed to her bithday dinner. Needless to say last month we were buying my birthday gift and we were told an ID would be fine (we normally facetime and it was fine) but not this time. I even had multiple other items that I had planned on buying as well. I got a very unprofessional email from the manager which I will not speak on. She said everything I needed to hear and expressed about the prior workers who did not follow protocol. My child did not receive what she wanted. Which is okay we went straight to Kendra Scott's website and also got an extra discount and we will be ordering from them directly. I like supporting small businesses, but again this is why unfortunately a lot of people are not and are ordering online.
