I even had multiple other items that I had planned on buying as well. I got a very unprofessional email from the manager which I will not speak on. She said everything I needed to hear and expressed about the prior workers who did not follow protocol. My child did not receive what she wanted. Which is okay we went straight to Kendra Scott's website and also got an extra discount and we will be ordering from them directly. I like supporting small businesses, but again this is why unfortunately a lot of people are not and are ordering online. Good riddance, and thank you again for putting the classless email I have with everything you stated. WE WON'T BE BACK.

I paid it because I needed the documents urgently. The clerk could have informed me of the price prior to proceeding. Needless to say, I will never shop there again.

After today as an African American woman i felt targeted as the workers followed me around the entire time i was shopping. I was looking to purchase a pair of jeans that had the wrong tag on them. The workers made me feel as if i was the person who switched the tag when it was indeed a mistake from the vendor. I felt prejudged as i walked in today from the time i greeted the employees all through my actual shopping a worker followed me the entire time. I will never shop with this place again today. I am a nurse, very successful and i have no reason to steal or change a price as the company already has very reasonable prices. The matter was handled in an unprofessional manner. I am very displeased and upset with the treatment i received today. My blood is actually boiling as i feel discriminated against. I almost feel as if they were racist.
