Did you know that there are no physical stores in Manhattan that have a decent selection of boys suits? Well, now you do. I'm a single mom of two boys, ages 11 and 13. Buying their first suit is a big milestone - often a father/ son moment. That just wasn't in the cards for us, but working with Barry at Lubin's was the next best thing. He was patient, had a great sense of humor, connected with my boys, knew what he was doing, and was nonplussed that I was there 10 days before my son's bar mitzvah looking for a suit. He spent almost 2 hours with us, way past closing time, and even took the time to teach my boys how to tie a tie. 5 days later, we came back to pick up the tailored suits and pressed shirts. Then after the delivery was scheduled over two weeks later they provide no additional confirmation of that date and time. Buy buy baby's customer service was absolutely useless when contacting them about this issue. They told me to contact the shipping company. When you call back the number that berated me with calls they don't pick up and tell you to email them, when you email them they tell you to contact buy buy baby. Then the delivery shows up in the back of some man's pick up truck! I paid $400 for shipping. Do not buy here save yourself the trouble and money!
