Then after the delivery was scheduled over two weeks later they provide no additional confirmation of that date and time. Buy buy baby's customer service was absolutely useless when contacting them about this issue. They told me to contact the shipping company. When you call back the number that berated me with calls they don't pick up and tell you to email them, when you email them they tell you to contact buy buy baby. Then the delivery shows up in the back of some man's pick up truck! I paid $400 for shipping. Do not buy here save yourself the trouble and money!
