The salon is clean and attractive, with good spacing between chairs -- which has been important to me during the pandemic. The front desk is also pleasant and efficient, and great about scheduling or rescheduling when I call. Another bonus: The parking at Bianchi's is free and convenient -- which you can't say about many Royal Oak businesses!

I'm very picky about my hair and am learning what I like as I wanted to go shorter. At my first cut short with Dream, it was storming and the power went out at the salon and we didn't get to do the finishing touches, so she gave me a free product had me come back a couple days later for a complimentary cut where I decided I wanted to go even shorter and get bangs. I still was not satisfied with the cut (let me clarify that Dream is an amazing stylist and did exactly what I asked her to do, but I wanted to pick an owner's brain about what would look good on me), so I requested an apt with an owner. Tony got me in the next day and we took it even shorter and he cut it with a razor. He made it look exactly like the picture I showed him but I still was not satisfied with it on me so I requested to come back again for a pixie and he got me in a few days later. I LOVE how the pixie looks on me. It just took me four separate haircuts to get there. I only paid once for the initial cut. And after the last cut Tony still said to give him a ring if anything else needs to be done. This is pristine customer service. Everyone I interacted with was so patient, accommodating and supportive as I learned how I wanted my hair to look. I remembered that my bf loooooves how Jessica does his hair, so I called and arranged for her to see me at tease. I explained to her what i wanted (a minimum of 8" off to donate, no razors, and a new color) and showed her pictures. She was realistic with me and told me which colors would work for me (given my previous history of hair color). We settled on a cut, and Jessica went to work!! She was so meticulous with her work. In addition to her attention to detail and skills, I am so grateful for her patience, especially as I kept interrupting her to request more hair be donated, to fix one side, etc. I LOVE the way my hair came out!!! I immediately left tease and sat in my car for 5 mins to text everybody close to me pix of my hair. I've received so many compliments on my short hair, and it's only been short for 10 hours!
