First, we had to go up to the bar to order instead of getting the table service we usually enjoy, which really took away from the ambience. Second, the drinks tasted like straight juice, my Moscow Mule had zero garnish, and my friend's go-to drink was served in a much smaller glass than usual. To top it off, the prices in the menu book at the table were cheaper than what we were actually charged at the bar. I still really enjoy this place and want to keep coming back, but hospitality requires consistency.
