I ordered a Mother's Day arrangement to be sent to a very special lady. When I saw the photo of what was delivered, I was very confused. It looked nothing like what I had seen online. Well, four days of back and forth with From You Flowers, had gotten nowhere. Today, I am called from my little sister, whose number I put on the order, saying Ms. Connie would like me to call her. I did, and boy, am I glad! She was the sweetest lady. She sent me a photo of what From You Flowers placed for me. It was COMPLETELY DIFFERENT than what I was looking at online. I sent her a photo of what I ordered. She said that she had all of these items available when the original order had been placed. Ms. Connie and her team put together a GORGEOUS arrangement and delivered them as soon as the could. Next time I order, it will be directly through Town And Country Florist. No more third parties, that's for sure! Ms. Connie and her team went above and beyond to make this right for me. And it truly means the world to me. Their customer service is is phenomenal. By far the best thrift store in this area. The people who work / volunteer here are the nicest and…read morefriendliest people I've ever met. They interact with everyone, remember regulars, help customers find items they are looking for, will pull items from the back if they know it's back there, always help customers carry their purchases to their vehicles... and I could go on and on! The store is ridiculously clean and organized, they don't put out stained or damaged clothes and their prices on the vast majority of items are amazing. I will say their prices on purses are a bit high and some of the items in the antique section are overpriced. The prices on clothing, toys and household items are always great and on Mondays all clothing and shoes are $1 each which is amazing since they only put out items in great condition. They are only open for a few hours on certain days of the week, so check before heading to the store to be sure they are open. Since the workers are volunteers it makes sense to have limited hours. Also another awesome thing is Chrissy puts out a video on their Facebook page before the store opens, she shows new items and walks around the store so you can see what's available. I love that! If I see something I really want I can be there when it opens and I know exactly where in the store it's located. All in all, like I said it's the best thrift around this area and knowing that they only put out working items, clean clothing and no junk makes shopping there a much more enjoyable experience.
