When I ordered a Garden Planter with Kelly, I expected it to be filled with plants. As you can see…read morein the photo, they put a bunch of plants in the pot (not a basket as shown) which some may say works better. I don't know. Anyways, there were a pile of rocks where one of the plants should have been sitting. I felt the plants could have been older and bigger and they could have skipped the rocks. That said, after expressing my displeasure, Kelly did her best to assure me this was normal and the rocks were small. You decide. However, when Kelly asked what I considered would make the situation right, I said a plant sent over to fill the spot where the rocks sat. Thankfully, the recovering from surgery friend to whom I sent the plant expressed her delight at the second garden planter. Kudos to Kelly for eventually not only doing the right thing, but by going ABOVE & BEYOND to rectify this situation.

I live in Cincinnati but needed to send an arrangement to Willard but wanted to use a florist that was local to Willard, OH. I'm glad that my search ended with the Carriage House. I worked primarily with Pam and I believe there was also a Becky who helped with my order. As this was a special arrangement for our family and in memory of a loved one, there was a lot of thought that went into the order. I was also very indecisive about certain aspects of the order too. That being said, Pam and Becky were extremely helpful, personal, understanding. They were very prompt in responses when I had last minute changes to the order. I would have been annoyed if I was working with myself as a customer but they had a "no fuss" attitude and treated me as a VIP. We had a combination of several messages that wanted to be included and they wrote all of them in the card "word for word". Being out of town and unable to attend the memorial services, they not only texted me after delivery and to confirm it was received by a human but they also texted me pictures of the beautiful arrangement.
