Not only did Lisa and staff create a stunning arrangement for the recent passing of my beloved "mother," they also designed a beautiful custom card that included my long-ish sentiments (any of you who have read my reviews know I can be rather longwinded at times). The customer service offered at Forget Me Not is unparalleled. They provided me with some suggestions during my time of grief (one fewer thing I had to try to focus on), created a fitting piece for the service, did so in such a timely manner, and also managed to offer a very fair price IMHO. I called and I'm not sure if it was the owner or not but, she was friendly and had no problem helping me out in a last minute situation. I was ordering an arrangement for a funeral in my hometown. She asked what I needed and she more than delivered. I gave her a $50 price range and when I arrived at the Funeral Home I was taken back by how big and beautiful it was.
